We did the beer and bites tour yesterday (23 sep 2018). Price was about 70$ a head but we definitely got our money's worth. The beer was great, the food was delicious and the guide kept us entertained the whole time. The thing they don't tell you about is that after the tour is done you get a bunch of coupons and discounts at bars and restaurants in Kingston.

Fascinating historical building. I've been on both the regular tour, and the haunted walk tour. Both are very interesting an incorporate a bunch of historical facts. I enjoy this place as much now as I did when I was a kid.

Wonderful shop, definitely the best I've seen in Kingston. Both funny and serious souvenirs, magnets, cards, clothing, a lot of maple syrup goodies - candies, chocolate etc. Extremely nice and helpful staff.

A beautiful unspoiled enviroment. Good trail system with several parking spots; one flanking a sand beach. Many types of water foul and water rodents. Some reptiles were also there. The Essex Conservation authority keeps the area clean and safe.planned to stay an hour spent several. A great afternoon with nature.

What can I say about the tip? This is a place where you go to watch the migration of birds across the Lake Erie. If you don't have a pair of binoculars you may feel like a fish out of water, so try to get your hands on a pair before you head out. While birders may seem like in an elitist group, it does not matter what level of bird knowledge you have from beginners to expert, there's always friendly people who are willing to impart their knowledge in their identification skills to those who need it. It may be intimidating but I highly suggest you just ask somebody what's happening or for some information and they will more than likely chat your ear off for longer than you were expecting. It is very cold, so even if it is a nice day at The Visitor Center, please make sure to bring mittens a hat a sweater and a jacket depending on the season. It was the end of September and I was cold in a full-on winter jacket, to put it in perspective. There is a washroom facility, so you don't have to worry about that, and then walk back to the visitor center is quite enjoyable as well. You get dropped off by a tram and you can either take the tram back or, when I suggest, take a very nice hike on one of the many well labeled trails.

Great little mountain bike trail. About a 9km loop with some short, sharp climbs. Great variation on local offerings.

We stopped in for our ice cream lanyards and a quick tour. You should stop in just for the heck of it!

Put this on your to do list. If you take the boat cruise you actually pass through this unique historic lock
