Read the reviews on the site and was very impressed with all the positive feedback. So I called today to book an appointment for my cat. Was told unfortunately the doctor is NOT taking any new patients. Don't you think this information should be on your website. Don't bother calling this office they don't want you as a patient! If I could give a 0 star I would of but 1 is the lowest. Pretty disappointed...

Best vet we have found! Dr. Joseph was able to diagnose our dog's issues quickly and provide the appropriate care that other vets had missed. Just as importantly, Dr. Joseph's rates are second to none. Experienced, affordable and superb care. Our dog loves going to see him! No hesitation in recommending this clinic.

Our Nylah Bear, who is a St. Weiler of 160lbs, was diagnosed with Pyrometra. We couldn't have asked for better care and pricing considering the emergency operation she had to undergo. Dr. Virdi was spectacular in saving our dog's life and we couldn't be more grateful! I just wanted to update compared to someone elses comment, that I have never been yelled at or mistreated as a customer. No matter how many different questions I asked they were always answered honestly and professionally. During our Pyrometra scare, I kept asking the same question over and over and all I received from Dr. Virdi was calm and educational responses, and appropriate reassurances where I needed them. Keep up the good work!

We live in Burlington and have no problem going the extra mile to get great care from the staff and vets here. We don't mind the trip as it only takes 20 min. from east Burlington and we take the scenic rte at that. Very friendly staff and Vets.
