Terrible delivery service. Our block rarely gets a paper. Same at my parents house. They call when the Bulletin paper doesn't show up. The Bulletin always promises they will deliver it, yet they never do. I end up going out to find a paper for them. My point is, the advertisers are not getting what they are paying for when the Bulletin paper doesn't show up and people can't read the ads. Also, often times certain flyers (Walmart etc..) are missing from the Thursday paper. All of this has been going on for years. The Bulletin appears unwilling to fix the problems. It's problems like this that have caused advertisers to post on the internet and avoid newspapers. This paper gets a two star rating.

Lee and the rest of the staff are great! Lee is extremely knowledgeable about cleaning equipment and products!

Dr. Erin and the staff is absolutely incredible! As much as do wish they had extended business hours I would not take my dog to any other Vet clinic in Nanaimo because the service and care is so great.

Thanks to DDD, I no longer fear my back pain. After suffering for many years with a herniated disc and back spasms, I now understand how to manage my back and have a better understanding of what is involved when I experience lower back pain. Understanding how my spine, discs, and nerves operate has given me a feeling of control over my body and lessened my anxiety about back pain, which helps to reduce it!

My wife and I have 2 dogs and have gone through 4 courses at Best Paw Forward and have been very happy with them. The instructors were very knowledgeable and consistent with instructions / methodology. They were great with their ability to read dogs and understand how to motivate them through tasks, as well as their ability to pass on their knowledge to us owners.

Friendly, professional, and dedicated staff. Highly recommend them to your fury family members 😉
