First time at this office was when my male dog Toosie got ill in early Dec. He was checked and diagnosed and given meds and on the mend within 48 hrs. Dr is very knowledgable and very kind to the patient. Taken back for dental work this week and am more than pleased with the results. thanks to all the staff too

Dr. Lex has been absolutely amazing, I would highly recommend her for your pets doctor or rehabilitation Dr. Our dog blew out his hind left ACL six months ago, our vet recommended a $6500 surgery with 80% success rate so we were not into that. We found Dr Lex and have been taking our dog for regular acupuncture treatments ever since. In happy to say or dog just loves his treatments and is way farther ahead of his rehab than if he had surgery. Try dog acupuncture, it works.

I am impressed with the caring way everyone at Raintree treats me and my puppy. Dr. Dan seems to genuinely care about my puppy, and carefully listens to what I have to say. Whenever I take my puppy in for a non-routine visit, I always receive a follow-up call from Raintree inquiring how he is doing. That tells me they really care. The only negative thing about Raintree is that they do not provide after-hours emergency services. But the service they do provide is top-notch.

Finally I have found a vet I love and trust after many years of having pets of all descriptions and not being happy with the veterinary services and/or demeanor at other clinics/hospitals in BC and Alberta. My little chihuahua Roxie and I were introduced to Dr. Graham Linton today. He has a wonderful way with animals, and is so easy to talk to, very educated, friendly and very professional. I am so used to veterinarians giving my beloved animals a quick check, no real "care" and handing me a bill and that's that. Dr. Linton gave Roxie a very head to toe thorough exam, a vaccination, ear drops, provided me with lots of advice and information, and put her and myself at ease with his kindness and gentle demeanor. I in no way felt rushed, ripped off or manipulated. The front desk ladies were lovely as well. A perfect experience and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Linton and Qualicum Veterinary Hospital!

Having just moved from the mainland, we were somewhat distressed with prospect of finding a new vet when our 15 year dog became ill. Dr Jeff and his staff proved to be a pleasant surprise. Dr Jeff gave us several practical options for treatment and Oscar is now his old self once again. We highly recommend!
