I contacted Dr Matt Nugent about doing a pre-purchase exam for a racehorse I was looking to buy. I live 5 hours from the area, so was unable to view the horse before buying him. Dr Matt was to great to work with over email and by phone, provided me with a workup of his findings during the exam, and was able to work with my budget. I did buy the horse, a lovely chap, thanks in part to having him looked at by Dr Nugent.

We bought an ultrasound machine last year-- and we love it! Well worth the extra effort. The support from the company has been amazing-- especially from our rep Dave-- always willing to help! 🐶

Very patient with my family at a difficult time

So disappointing! Made an appointment for my dog who is super sick for 4:15 so my boyfriend could carry him in because he can't walk. He got there and the receptionist and vet whispered to each other on how to cancel the appointment right in front of him! They cancelled and now we are left looking elsewhere when everywhere else closes soon! No compassion for animals. Why take an appointment only to cancel once they get there! So disgusted in this place. Will NEVER go back!!!

Friendly staff, caring and knowledgeable vets, convenient hours and location. Sick pets are fit in the same day and you will not be kept sitting for 2 hours in the waiting room, like at low-price high-volume clinics.

The dog loves going. There's some treats at the counter for the puppets. Doctors are friendly.

Dr. Emms is a great vet, you can see her love for animals big and small. The ladies and Dr. Emms are very personable and have always taken good care of our boy, Chevy from day 1. We HIGHLY recommend Ivy Veterinary Services to anyone looking for a highly skilled and compassionate veterinarian.

Its a ware house not a store, so if you have a store come here. I work here so i know the people are friendly.

The vet is awesome from the people at the front that greet you to the actual veterinarians. You are always welcomed politely when you walk in and the vets are so respectful of your pets. We have a dog and two cats and they are never panicked or scared coming here. They call if you need to make appointments soon as a friendly reminder but never pushy. We order food for the cats there and they do not mind at all and call us when the food is in. Perfect place to make your family vet! Thanks Beaverdale staff you guys are great!
