Best vets hands down , always friendly and caring. Small things like free nail clipping or tick removal are great. Fantastic staff highly recommended

The vet is awesome from the people at the front that greet you to the actual veterinarians. You are always welcomed politely when you walk in and the vets are so respectful of your pets. We have a dog and two cats and they are never panicked or scared coming here. They call if you need to make appointments soon as a friendly reminder but never pushy. We order food for the cats there and they do not mind at all and call us when the food is in. Perfect place to make your family vet! Thanks Beaverdale staff you guys are great!

Really amazing vet clinic! They have been out for my horse a few times, and have been wonderful. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for him! You guys are great :)

Have brought all of my pets in here, from regular visits to emergencies. Techs are knowledgable and staff is usually friendly. It always seems like the Vet doesn't know what is going on with my pets - quick to recommend expensive and unneeded fixes. (foods, procedures, injections, medications). Do not have facilities for 24/7 care, which has also been quite inconvenient. Because of this, I have been sent to emerge and have had to pay 160 dollars just to be seen!

Love everyone at Burgess. They truely care and listen. They don't try to push anything on you just to make some money. I have nothing but good things to say.

One of the most professional veterinary clinics around. The staff is extremely caring and the majority of the doctors treat your pet as if it were their own. Like all hospitals though they have their own individual "bedside manner", so there is no reason to pass judgement on the whole place. We will gladly bring our fur babies in while we live near by.

Great employees with great attitude

No stars. I just brought my cat here to be euthanized and they tried to price gouged me! I had taken her a few times to this clinic and they were good, slightly overpriced, but good. However now that they have moved to a new, fancy looking clinic, their prices are outrageous! The lady started off by asking me if I wanted a plaque to remember my (still alive) cat and then proceeded to break down the cost to put her to sleep. When the lady asked me "did they explain the price to you over the phone when you booked"? My heart sank. I paid $150 for my 120lb dog to be euthanized and cremated at Burgess animal hospital and for my small cat, AHC wanted over $400!! A little price break down over the phone would have prevented this sure-to-be , sleepless night. Go to Burgess. They are amazing and yes, the clinic can't fit a damn giraffe through the door, it doesn't have pretty chandeliers or beautiful leather couches but their staff is amazing and they aren't out gouging people to pay for big doors and fancy couches. Animal Hospital of Cambridge is in it to make money off of people who love their fur babies! But if you like paying a premium for a fancy building, than I guess to each their own.

Our last 5 dogs have been cared for, and 3 of them have been helped over the rainbow bridge, by the caring, amazing staff at Big Bay Animal Hospital. Every single member of the team is amazing, and treats our pets as their own. I don’t worry about needless tests or procedures, but also know that if something is recommended, it is the best course of action for our fur babies. They give lots of information to help us make informed decisions. When there is an issue, we get regular phone calls to check on how the patient is doing between appointments. Can’t say enough about them. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Terrible as in why I am not giving any starts to them they charge double the price then any other vet office if you want an amazing vet office that doesn't rip you off an care about your animals got to high county vets half the price an always so friendly
