After 2 years being with this clinic, I've decided to take my German Shepherd to another vet in the area. I question the ethics and morals of a clinic who quickly takes $137 with absolutely no treatment and sends her out the door with a plan to come back with a urine sample. I said from the start that my dog has a UTI and requires antibiotics. After another $63 for a urine analysis, I received a call advising me that I was correct and to come in for the $100 antibiotics with advice to come back after 10 days for another $40 test and maybe a $160 culture. Seriously, I diagnosed my pet without a degree. Here is a thought how about getting the antibiotics into the dog so she can stop suffering ..... if by some rare occurence it isnt a UTI we will investigate further. I'm moving on based on my 2 year experience with your clinic where I have spent thousands. I hear from horse owners that there a few vets in the area that treat the animal at very reasonable costs. I like to think you pay for what you get but your clinic is outrageously expensive!

Dr. Whelan was amazing and his support staff were even better. Answered all questions, took the time to make sure we were comfortable with what was going to happen and were so caring/compassionate with our dog. We were provided with paperwork at the end that fully explained everything as well including next steps. Can't say enough good things.

Felt the need to take our dog here twice in the last few years and had a great experience both times. The vet was thorough, patient, conscientious and attentive. Advise given was sound, helpful and had costs avoidance as part of that advice. This will be the first place we call if the need for emergency veterinarian services arises.

Experienced, current and professional. Friendly atmosphere. Great for reproduction, too.

Recently I lost my Baby Bubbles due to cancer 6/26/18 but the staff has always been there first class. They really care and are compassionate. I will always thank you for all they have done regardless. Yes prices are high but was worth it. Thank you for taking care of Bubbles all these years. I am sure he appreciated it. Thank you again.

DR Patel is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. He has a great team working with him which makes for a great visit even in the worst times. I had to put my dog down and they allowed me to pay for it later because of her condition. Wouldn't have any other vet.

First visit last week with our pup. Super friendly staff and our puppy really took to the vet. Wish we came here sooner. 10/10 and highly recommend.

I was in an absolute panic about my cat having breathing issues and I called and they got me an appointment to come in the same day. The staff are always friendly and professional and you can tell they all really love animals. The Veterinarian laid out a treatment plan with me so I knew exactly what to expect for the cost of the visit. I know that when I bring my animals here they will receive excellent care.

I have been going here for 4 years. The staff have always been amazing. They make sure my fur babies are comfortable and calm throughout the appointments. I can tell all staff really love animals. They never rush the appointments and always make me feel very welcome and well informed. They always follow up with a call after the appointment to check that my fur babies are ok. My 13 yr., 8 month old Golden was euthanized in August. I must say this was the most uncaring, worst experience I’ve ever had with one of my pets. The doctor came into the room to euthanize her after her port was inserted and didn’t ask me if I was ready for it to happen, she just injected my dog with the drug and said “oh, this sucks”. My dog was still standing and I wasn’t even given time to get her to lay down and for me to hold her before she was euthanized. I was appalled at the lack of caring by this doctor. To make matters worse, her cremation paperwork was mixed up with another dog, an 11-year-old male Golden, who was euthanized at the same time/day, and when I was going home I looked at the paperwork and it had another person’s name on it. I immediately went back to KenTon and talked to the receptionist and I told her what happened, and she was very apologetic and assured me that this should not have happened! I took my dog boo to dr. singh for which i thought was a cut on his neck or hot spot, the night before boo could not sleep and stayed up the whole night restless, when i took him to dr. singh dr. singh give him some medication and treat him for a severe rash all over the body. i had forgot to mention to dr singh that boo was vomiting quit often, Boo started to vomit when i got home and i call dr.Singh and he call me back and it was 12:30 and they were about to close, i thought he would say bring him Monday, but no, he said he said i could bring him to the office for a shot to stop the vomiting, i said i did not have transportation and i could not get to his office, I was really worried about boo Dr. Singh said not to worry and to my surprise he said he could come to my place and give a shot to stop the vomiting. Those words were gold to my ears, not only did it put my mind to ease, but it says so much about dr singh, and i thought what and amazing dr. he is. Dr Singh truly loves his Animals and loves is job he is kind caring and compassionate person, i have never had a dr. who is so caring and compassionate, and you can tell buy looking at him he really loves the animals and he is so down to earth dr. Singh is amazing, words cannot describe how i feel about dr. Singh he is rare diamond that is hard to find and i'm happy to have found him as boo's Dr. Boo is very lucky to have him for his Dr. never would i find another like him. His name is Dr. Satwinder Singh which means true god of heaven. and i must say he dose life up to his name, and for me and Boo, he is a form of god. So thanks Dr. Singh and staff for all the help, and for all those who need a dedicated Dr. for there fury friends look no further Dr.Singh is the person, and trust me, if you have him as a Dr. for your pets, i would say you have just won the lotto. The staff here are fairly helpful and appointment times can be obtained on short motice. When compared with other vet offices they're pricing is way too high costing almost double. There is no wheelchair access (or stroller) and multiple doors with a car seat in hand and dog leash I'm the other.
