Friendly staff... Very helpful

We drive from Montreal to Brockville for our appointments. We have had the best service ever! We dont have to wait and are helped at our appointment time. They dont pressure you to over vaccinate or over medicate. The vet seems to care about the pets more than the profits. They also suggested natural medicines for pain and stiffness in my older dog which doesnt bring a dime to their facility. They also sent us a lovely letter when our dog passed away suddenly. Couldn't recommend them more!

Always a good experience at Nucci Veterinary. Dr. Nucci is great and I feel confident in his knowledge. All of the vet techs are very kind and make my nervous, sweet dog as comfortable as possible. The check in time is very prompt and all staff is courteous. :)

Dr. Dine and his staff have been taking care of my fur babies for over 15 years, from pups, to that heartbreaking time of having to put that my baby down 😦. He is the most kind and friendly vet, and his staff is equally caring. I am so thankful he is my vet.

I had the misfortune of needing a vet for a eurhanasia on July 5 as my usual Vet was out of town. A lot of “ only 1 doctor and we are booked” responses when i called around. VCA receptionist Desiree checked with the on duty vet and called me back with a time they could handle the issue. As bad as the situation was, VCA was a very compassionate experience. I would like to thank Dr. Richardson and the VCA staff for helping us through this trying time.

They offer a monthly "insurance style" plan for cats and dogs! Very beneficial if you have a pet with health problems or an oldie who keeps chugging along!

Very nice place, HUGE selection of ice cream! They serve a variety of frozen treats and everything looks good. They have a BYOB deal (bring your own banana) that you can add to smoothies and banana splits. They also rent movies and sell paint. A nice place to stop by in Shawville!

Moore Veterinary Hospital provides excellent care to my dog. Dr. Nurse is great. He explains everything and takes time with the animals.

I can't say enough good things about Moore Veterinary Hospital. When I had to move abroad, Dr. B went above and beyond to help me arrange and complete all of the necessary paperwork to take my pet with me. I will miss them very much and hope to find a vet as great as them when I move.
