The love between teachers and students is so obvious. The instructors and parents work tirelessly to give each participant a terrific experience. It really shows just how much talent there is in this small community.

Small location with no a lot of different machines, but it's easy to fit in a whole workout without waiting for the machines they do have which is nice

Excellent. Clean, lots of parking and windows to the outside. I am not fond of a windowless gym. Well maintained equipment, friendly competent/knowledgeable staff and reasonable yearly rates. Friends that take the classes say they are great as well. (no personal experience).

Did a hot flow class on Friday night which was excellent (and very hot 🔥). Instructor was very good. The space was really nice as well. I especially liked the ice cold towels they bring out at the end! There’s a small shop with some goodies for sale including yoga mats. Reasonable price as well.

It's a nice place to work out. The only bad thing is that it is a small gym, so if there are lot of people at the gym you may have to wait awhile for the equipment you want to use.

Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. I did a yoga class and have never felt so calm as when I left that place.

Good value for money.

Fosters a dude bro environment, not inclusive at all. They have no policy in place to prevent guys jacked on steroids hogging ten machines at once. Was literally yelled at by some beef cake for trying to use the squat rack when he was no where near it for ten minutes. When I brought it up to the staff they said it didn’t violate their rules, it’s just “rude.” No duh. Guess I’ll have to stick to the small, secluded women’s area, since they have no desire to make policies that foster an inclusive environment for ALL paying customers. Save your money and go to planet fitness.
