Yoga

Love this place !! I wish I lived closer ;/

I've wanted to try Yoga for the longest but always felt intimidated by it. So I mad the jump and went to Centre Yoga Santé, considering it was right next door to my house and they had a free try out. I tried Hot Yoga and boy was I was not disappointed. Not only is the place welcoming, clean and rather large to accommodate enough people. The teacher Sabrina, was very clear (french) instruction, patient and calming despite the first time i made the positions. I've gone to Isabelle Level 1 hot Yoga, which was also very challenging but i left there feeling refreshing, full of energy and satisfied. I am currently still going and plan on as i am satisfied every time i go. I've tried the Hot Yin Yan as well which i enjoyed as well. Go try it out, you wont be disappointed. My only downside is i often book my session via MindBody app and at when i reach there, i still have to wait in the line up just for them to confirm my presence. They should implement a scanning system from smart phone similar to the members who have a card. But this isn't bad enough for me to remove a star. Keep up the great work!

Amazing spot in NDG, a place to burn fat and chill out! Just looking at the schedule there is something for everyone. HUGE variety of activities including yoga, drum circle, kung fu, pole dance fitness, improv and a lot more. I feel the love, no matter who I'm talking to in here, staff and community members are the friendliest I've met. Plus they have a great intro offer, only 25$ for unlimited classes for 2 weeks, worth it to try everything and see what will keep you coming back for more.

This is one of the most serene and welcoming places I have ever been to. The classes are a true yoga experience, going beyond just the physical practice. The studio owner is also into community building, which I really admire. Not your average, commercially-driven yoga studio :)

Great yoga studio with lots of classes offered during the day, so they offer the freedom and flexibility to find and practice at a time, with a teacher and a style that suits you best.

Très professionnel. Ils aiment VRAIMENT les animaux

I found the service rude and not in the least bit helpful, not sure if it is a language barrier or what but no one smiled no one offered any information on packages nothing. If it was the owners behind the counter they should be embarrassed if it was employees they should be reprimanded. I will say it was clean. And although this salon is close to my house and convenient I will drive out of my way instead of giving them my patronage. I work in customer service and they should be ashamed.

Great space, amazing quality of the teachers, classes everyday. Perfect place to practice real Yoga, highly reccomended!

Les soins de Lucie en ostéopathie, combinés à ses cours de yoga, m'ont aidée à récupérer de mes difficultés de marche. Je t'en suis très reconnaissante, Lucie!

My sister and I love it! The teachers are amazing and all the staff is friendly and very helpful. Many classes to choose from for any type of schedule.

Wie immer eine sehr freundliche Bedienung, und natürlich die tollen Kleider. Ein Besuch lohnt sich immer.
