Oxygen Mahogany is a total win, and I'm stoked to have found it as my new fitness home. The environment is beautiful and welcoming, the classes are diverse, and the teachers are fun, approachable + knowledgeable. I'm hooked!

Great equipment and clean. However their seems to be a problem with the attitude of the staff, be it sales staff or the personal trainers. Be cautious.

The space is welcoming, bright, and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. The instructors have been consistently excellent. The owner has been amazing in helping resolve an issue that was by my own error but she clearly cares about what she's building and in helping people be a part of that.

This place is amazing, absolutely heavenly. It is such a beautiful space to do yoga, find yourself and connect with community. All the instructors are wonderful, and the decor is stunning. There are lots of classes offered and for all different skill levels. We are so fortunate to have an incredible place like this in Lacombe!

I had my hip replaced four years ago and just couldn't seem to stop limping, I went to Natural High last winter and had several sessions with Noreen and have now made a complete recovery. I can't say enough positive things about her and all the staff, to be pain free is a wonderful thing.

Excellent variety of equipment. Group classes are good. Women's area is phenomenal. Includes Smith machine, Life fitness cables, full body circuit and free weights up to 50lbs and cardio equip. Full range of hammer strength equipment on the main floor.

Here hoola hooping skills are amazing and I would recommend getting taught from her. Also once a year she goes to cast Rica in a little town pavones it is small and very friendly and the waves there is the best there is also a river so if I were you I would go

Rachelle and Emily make the front fun while the coaches have been there since day one to get back back into shape. Without Orange Theory manning I wouldn’t be in the mental and physical shape I am today. They are amazing and you will love the atmosphere here.

Great atmosphere, warm and welcoming. Very knowledgable instructors. Good price for classes and workshops.

The teachers here are very loving, patient and aware of the different needs of individual children. My son is always excited to tell me about his playschool adventures!

Great workout every time!!! The staff help keep me motivated, I have been going for 2 years now and still love it!
