Always tidy and well equipped. There's not a lot of options around, so they could probably slack on their operation - but I'm glad to see the attention they put into their business. It's always tidy and having fob access 24 hours is the best!

HI, when I saw that spa lady was open on 17st whitemud I was so excited! I joined immediately. I had a few problems that were swiftly resolved with a smile by Sam, great lady; she is always there to answer any question I have with kindness and a smile.
Now I have the best trainer in existence, she goes over and above to make sure us ladies are getting the best workout and the best support we can, “Elisha, best trainer ever! ”” I can’t even tell you how much this wonderful lady has help me, to not only get stronger but to get more healthy ; she has helped me realize that I can do anything I put my mind to, Her positivity is so contagious, she make you feel like you can do anything.Thanks Elisha;-)
There are already a lot of reviews on how clean and well equipped this gym is, I mirror those commented. I now have a place I can go for me time, it is so close and convenient. I am very happy and grateful that spa lady opened in this location. Thank you!
