I went to XTherapy for the spin class for the first time yesterday. It was definitely the best spin class I've ever been to! It's perfect because I can fit it in my lunch break and it whipped me into shape. Everyone that works there is friendly and welcoming. I will be back and recommend this place to everyone!!

I can't say enough good about Rachelle and her company, Momentum Health and Wellness. Her pre- and post-natal fitness classes are a lifeline for me. She's made me stronger and willing to take on challenges that I never expected. She is fun and funny and incredibly knowledgeable about what she does. She takes her clients needs and questions to heart and finds them answers they are looking for. And on top of it all, she's a badass girlboss and mom to three awesome little women. She offers all kinds of group and personal training sessions at reasonable rates in Edmonton northeast, out of a studio with an exceptional view. She really is the whole package, and you should look her up.

I was having such a hard time sleeping soundly because of stress at work and in my family affairs. Many times, I've gone for massages and meditated to help me sleep more soundly through the night. While I've had results, I found there was such a need to keep going back for more in order to have any lasting results. After going to Vibrant Health Network the first time for hypnotherapy, I slept more soundly the first night than any other therapy or meditation, but more importantly, the quality of sleep I got for the following two weeks remained equally as deep and restful!

I love how welcoming YARD is to everyone who walks into the studio. Great workshops are offered frequently and all of the instructors are experienced and so knowledgeable. YARD proves that yoga really is for Every Body!

The class I went to ended up being quite a bit more advanced than I am I still had a great practice and did my best if you haven't practiced much Ashtanga yoga specifically or have only done Ashtanga inspired yoga or other types of yoga I recommend going with a beginner class I will be on my next visit :p small cute little studio the instructor provided some very nice adjustments and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the practice I really enjoyed the authenticity of the experience.

Great gym. Great equipment. Very overwhelming for first timers. Sucks when they advertise as a “24/7 gym” and I go there for 4am and it’s closed on July 3rd. Idk why it’s closed it’s not a holiday.
