We as a family of 4 having been seeing Dr. Hort since I was 30 weeks pregnant with our first child 6 years ago. Our son (6), daughter (3), husband and I all benefit from the services at Dr. For Moms.

As a gym, it’s alright. There’s an acceptable amount of equipment. The convenience is absolutely brilliant. Being able to drop in at any point is fantastic. My gripe is the contract. If you become a member at this location they will not allow you to cancel your contract early. The only exception is if you move far from the location, and any other location. Whether you truly see yourself there for the full minimum contract of a year or not, life happens. Unfortunately you’ll be stuck paying for the gym whether or not you can still reasonably afford it.

Signed up for new student intro special and have been trying a new class almost everyday! Teachers are friendly, classes are not overly crowded, hot yoga is hot :) but also warm yoga available. Lots of classes throughout the day with 2 different studio. Prana Yoga is clean, relaxing and perfect. Highly recommended.

Rob is an expert when it comes to fitness! It doesn't matter what your current age or fitness level is. He specializes in improving your fitness, mobility and overall health. Rob will help get you on the right track. This is not crash diet boot camp 101, it's about healthy eating and exercise and the results are unbelievable and long lasting!!

Goodlife is the best gym in town! There is loads of equipment, clean facilities and great staff. Daniel and Kelson are especially welcoming. They know me by name and make the gym feel inviting and friendly! Thanks guys!

Bonnie, the manager, is amazing and truly cares about the experience of all clients; too often a rarity with customer service these days. Keep up the amazing work to all at Wellness Within!
