I have been going to The Yoga Studio North for for two years. The two locations offer a wide variety of classes that suit most everyone's needs. There are Discover classes for beginners, and mixed level classes for folks wanting to be challenged a bit more. There are specialty classes for seniors and for plus sized women and they offer the first plus sized class for men!
The teachers are very welcoming when I come to class. And I feel safer doing yoga here because of the use of props and the attention to detail to get the poses done correctly.
I would highly recommend you giving this studio a try. You will be glad that you did!
