Great gym with lots of awesome classes. Does get busy right after work, but it doesn’t affect quality of workouts with PT or classes in any way. Really nice staff, very pleasant to deal with. I’ve been working out with PT Simone and she’s completely transformed my body and my lifestyle. Couldn’t be happier, and as long as you stay consistent it is definitely worth every penny.
I’ve also tried their massage at the Spa and Sarah did such an amazing job. They work with your PT to focus on areas that need improvement.
Change rooms are always clean and stocked with product and everything you need to get ready and go on with your day after gym.
It’s in the Path, steps away from King subway station, so no need to go outside during cold winter month. :)

I'm always passing by this gym but never actually went in, and I'm so glad I did. I was so impressed! Great equipment, super clean, and amazing friendly staff - especially Mohammad, super helpful! I'll definitely be joining.
FitZone-Plus
475 Danforth Ave, Toronto, Ontario, M4K 1P1, Canada
I was referred to FitZone Plus for its reputation as a welcoming environment in which to try yoga. And when I looked it up I discovered the Groupon pass, so it was a no brainer to just go ahead and try it out! I'm very glad I did!!! I tried several of the different classes and all the teachers were knowledgable, friendly and welcoming. FitZone Plus is a great place to practice yoga and I even bought a 40 class pass because I like it there so much! Check it out, you won't regret you did!

GoodLife Fitness Mississauga Club One
Mississauga, Ontario, L5B 2C9, Canada
I recently moved to Mississauga and I'm stuck on a contract with GL so I don't have an option to switch gyms, but if I could, I definitely would. Whenever I have a chance, I go to other Goodlifes just to avoid this one. But sometimes I don't have much of a choice. It's close to where I live and convenient. Here's why I am probably going to switch to the other gym down the street once my membership contract is up:
The worst part of this gym is the women getting harassed by the Personal Trainers. The PTs at this gym are so desperate, they'd do and say anything to get you to sign up. They sit around the stairs at the entrance and literally stare at everyone. It's VERY uncomfortable. I hope one day GL opens a new gym in the area so I can have better options. Never seen so many thirsty PTs... if ya'll can't get clients then stop hiring PTs.
Also, this gym smells so bad. The water machines suck. I feel like I go back in time whenever I come here.
Square One is a good mall, why not move to the other side and make a nice big one? Goodlife needs to up their game in Mississauga.

Pretty good gym. Free weights area big. Activity room is quite large. Has a great variety of machines and set up nicely. Change room is decent. Clean, doesn't smell, decent locker size, spacious. Staff was alright. Can have more water fountains.
GoodLife Fitness North York Steeles/Woodbine
3389 Steeles Ave E, Toronto, Ontario, M2H 3S7, Canada
Excellent equipment but the gym is very small. Even smaller changerooms that are not always clean. Some showers are broken and Goodlife seems to have no interest in repair despite emails to management. If nothing changes, I will take my business to Mayfair fitness.

Guild Chiropractic Wellness Centre
111 Queen St S, New Tecumseth, Ontario, L0G 1W0, Canada
Dr Guild has been straightening out my body for many years now, she does a great job and whats more is a great person. I also pick her brains shamelessly, when doctor tells me something I dont understand I ask Sunyatta for help, she explains it to me. I'm a bit like Winnie the Pooh 'I'm a bear of very little brain and long words bother me'. Sunyatta explains long words to me
