Come here regularly for Hot Flow class. Awesome workout every time. All the instructors are absolutely top notch, taking the time to get to know you and comment on improvements you've been making or things to continue to work on. Sessions are always challenging. Overall, outstanding.

Very welcoming. Great staff and a beautiful atmosphere to learn and grow.

I only want to weigh in monthly and was not able to in March. I do not have access for virtual meetings and would like to keep my weigh ins up-to-date somehow. I was told I would not be penalized for not being able to but I'm a little concerned that I will not be able to weigh-in for months to come. What do you suggest? Thank you!

Katie and all the staff at Be Free Yoga are warm and welcoming. Katie is an excellent instructor and an overall great person and community ambassador. I recommend Be Free to everyone. The associated noise from the surrounding area can sometimes be distracting, but this reminds me that sometimes life can be distracting and we just need to focus on our breathe and our practice.

Studio is clean & bright. The staff is awesome! I struggled with exercise and felt I wouldn’t fit in...these ladies are motivating, encouraging & supportive. As someone who isn’t “younger”, this is a great place to develop physical health! I challenge every person over the age of 40 to really consider this studio! You won’t regret it.

A great gym. Workout on your own schedule and still have access to trainers if you wish. The equipment is very good and has a full range of cardio and strength training equipment and weights. Access is by key fob and the monthly cost is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

My family loves Domino's. They have great choices from pizza, pasta, and chicken bites and wings to deserts. I have one son who is so picky and he loves it when we order Domino's. My favourite thing is the Domino's Phone APP it makes ordering so easy and quick it's an absolute dream. Plus if you can't find your coupon, No worries, they have them right on the APP and you can apply them right there and then. Awesome!

I've been visiting this car wash for years. Always good quality and fast service. I love 49th Ave Car Wash! Super polite employees, efficient service and free mat washer! Can't beat that value!

The staff are very kind and outgoing, but there is no control over the noise at all. I understand it's a small library and kids want to have fun, but I think there should be more enforced quiet spaces. I come to the library to read and study, attempting to get some peace of mind, and the environment is extremely distracting.

Mystical Stone Yoga Studio is a warm and welcoming environment with caring and friendly instructors including the phenomenal owner and operator, Melyssa! I love this studio and would recommend it to everyone!

The staff are friendly, has a great variety of work out programs, the gym is very clean!
