Honestly love this place and everything/everyone in it! Coming from having circus training, they welcomed me with open arms and have taught me soooo much in the short period of time that I have been here! The instructors are there to push you to do YOUR absolute best. The classes are fun and give you new goals to work towards! Thanks for the incredible job! Loving all my new circus family!

Friendly staff, but the gym needs on staff personnel to clean or check bathrooms on a regular basis.

Friendly staff. I love the sauna, the steam room and the people who go there.

A diverse gym, so half the people don't know what deodorant is. A real sausage fest on top of that. Temper your expectations and it's a solid gym.

The experience is like no other. Jamel's massages are theee best, I've ever had. Some people massage too fast or too hard, his touch is just right. Overall the environment is positive and your missing out if you don't check it out.

When I walked into the studio I was greeted and given a quick but thorough informative tour. The studio offers hair styling, child care, a breastfeeding room, lactation services, a peaceful work-space, and several yoga classes. Some of the yoga classes are for both moms and babies. I was enrolled in the yoga chill class. The class was very small with a few moms and soon to be moms. The room was almost completely dark with just a few candles string lights. The environment was very calming and the low volume music helped me to focus more on my breathing. We did toe squats, table pose, the butterfly, fetal position, child position, and a few positions utilizing the wall. The class was so calm I nearly went to sleep in the deep relaxation portion of the class. It was great and I would recommend this studio for moms and soon to be moms. I felt very welcome and would like to take another class or possibly enroll in a membership.

An inspiring and peaceful place where you can find yourself practicing your yoga in a judgement free, diversified environment. A variety of classes are provided so you can experiment with what feels right for you at a given time. Place is clean and cozy. Yogis and staff are extraordinary friendly and helpful. Feels like family there. I can only recommend giving it a try.
