Dr Albert Olah has been my chiropractor for 20+ years. Even though I have moved over 100km away, I still consider him my chiropractor. He is wirth the drive to Woodstock. He is thorough and knowledgeable. I love knowing he understands my body and gets the job done, every time! Excellent chiropractor!

Really nice open studio space. Great addition to neighbourhood. Susana is an excellent teacher and offers classes of varying levels. Focus on aligning proper breathing techniques with movements/poses. Yoga therapy sessions are also offered designed to focus on treating different conditions. Very peaceful place with nice aura and you can also get a serious session in if you are looking for it

Please return Body Attack class back to original Day of Friday's at 4:30 pm, instead of Thursdays!

I think they are the best in the area, manager is super helpful and everyone is polite unlike LA fitness where they don't even say hi at the reception and everyone is trying to sell something to you.

I couldn't BELIEVE that we found a proper gym so close to where we camp in the summer! We met the owner, Denée, after seeing a road sign and finding her website online. She was great! Membership or passes are super well priced and she gives 24/7 access to all members. It's a community sized space, not a great big commercial gym, but to me this is a pro and not a con. It depends on what you're looking for! They do offer some classes in TRX, kickboxing, zumba, yoga, and more. Call or check the website. I was most interested in basic strength and conditioning equipment and I was not let down! The gym features a full squat rack/power rack with Olympic barbell and metal plate weights, flat and incline/decline benches with a full complement of dumbbells, as well as some treadmills, bikes, and elliptical machines. You won't find a big "machine circuit" here, it is mainly free weights. I prefer that, but anyone looking for such specific movements will need a Goodlife or similar. Otherwise, totally 5 stars. We had our first workout there today and I love the space - very glad we noticed the sign in the corner of the road!

A welcoming community in which crossfit workouts are challenging and tailored for a variety of activity levels. The gym is very accessible and in prime location. Highly recommend!!

Really great option, especially for points east! Beer is excellent, probably the beat IPAs I’ve had on PEI. APA (USA west coast IPA) is hoppy and crisp. A good location. All they need is some Food (food truck?) and music and this place is a gem! Hey but don’t give a brewery 4 stars based on the food options; BYOF! I’ll definitely be back to this spot and taking beer back to the states.

Great staff and service. Location looks new and well kept.
