Had a beautiful yoga class with Laurie-Ann Reddick - just the right mix of relaxation, challenge and joy.

I have been taking classes at The Heart of The Village for over three years. The classes are outstanding and Deb is an exceptionally informed instructor. I highly recommend Deb and Kathleen. The studio is conveniently located on the second floor of The Oak Bay Theatre Building in Oak Bay Village.

Casaroma Wellness Clinic is a gem in Lower Gibsons. It 's great to have such a wonderful addition to the town. The staff here are so incredibly friendly and caring. My mom and I did the ionic foot bath together and it was so cool!! Their waterfront location gives an amazing panoramic view of the ocean, marina, and mountains while you get in touch with health and wellness. I got my boyfriend a massage here for Valentines Day and the staff took great care of him- he said the massage was amazing. My mom tried the Hawaiian massage and said it was the best massage she's ever had!! I am sooo looking forward to trying more services. They have a ton of natural handmade products as well. I love going in and browsing through all the great goodies! Love love love this place! 5 stars!!!

Went here with no expectations. The scenery and atmosphere were amazing. Grab a pint from the staff and stroll around the property. Beautiful beer, beautiful people, beautiful property.

Beautifully done collection of local species. Very clean and nice displays. Animals are switched out and returned to the wild after awhile too which is neat.

I did private pilates sessions in 2016 & literally after only 6 private sessions, I had such huge changes in my low back that I was able to run down a mountain! Thanks for helping me find what I was missing.

Shelbourne Physiotherapy is the best place that I been to. I have been to other physical therapy but Shelbourne Physiotherapy is the one that I truly enjoy going to.
