Awesome reception staff! Very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Natasha Kipot is the best Chiropractor in town, actually listens and takes into consideration your concerns; adjusts accordingly and puts you at ease - this is coming from the biggest wimp.

Truly worth it. My daughter bounced from barn to barn, before landing at Michelle and her equestrian program. We were looking for more of a connected riding experience with safe horse, and we got more than we ever expected. They take the time to truly help you understand horses and how they respond to your energy, all while learning how to ride properly. Bravo!

Always look forward to my Oxygen workouts! The instructors are excellent, the environment is clean, classy and inviting, and the owners are very welcoming of people to the Oxygen community!

Really motivates you and is always engaging. Definitely a workout that won't get boring. Trainers are so personable and knowledgeable.

I had some really bad back pain which made it very uncomfortable to bend over, sit up straight, and sometimes even sleep. I went in for one session with Diana and She was very helpful and pleasant despite me showing up a bit late. She worked on a few key muscles and showed me some stretches to focus on and a week later I've noticed a dramatic difference. Hardly feel any tension at all now. Great place to hold a meeting as well as get creative in the arts. Multiple rooms with various sizes for any occasion. Super welcoming team!

Neala is very approachable. She has educated my family and I on the benefits of yoga for mental health, Stress, and Anxiety. We are happy to have her as a yoga therapy instructor.

Love the 24 hour access, great location, staff are so helpful, with all the equipment you could need for any program you are working!

Perfect meditation method

Oh how I miss the bhaktishop since leaving Portland. The space is simple, full of plants and present people. The teachers focus on learning to really feel your own body - bones, muscle facia, tendons, and the interconnectedness of our bodyminds. This was a welcome, and surprising contrast to other studios I’ve practiced in which feel competitive and goal oriented. What a gem. Thank you particularly to Lisa Mae, Zeyah, and Monika whom were the gentle, intuitive guides at a time when I needed to reawaken my self care path. 🙏🏼
