Wonderful yoga teachers and a laid back studio!

Every instructor i have worked with so far has always made me feel welcome. i'm somewhat of a beginner and have not had a problem following along in the classes

The best yoga studio and practice in my almost 20 years experience. Kate, Tracy and all the amazing teachers at One Flow make everyone feel important and cared for. They bring love, acceptance and a sense of humor to each session. There are classes to meet every need, time slot and capability. Challenging and warm, but not drop dead hot, really just perfect. Right now, I am on medical leave and missing them all so very much. Can't wait to get back, the sooner the better. Really, if you are wondering if yoga is for you, or if you are looking for a better yoga experience, you must check out One Flow. You will be glad you did!!

Yoga Seed has become my second family. I moved here from Kansas 5 years ago to start over after a divorce. I was unable to do yoga because I was out of work my first 5 months here. They welcomed me with open arms and I gave what I could. Today I'm in the middle of yoga teacher training alongside a large group of new friends. The Yoga Seed gave me my light when I was in darkness. They bring light to everyone they meet! You will love it here!

Great Place!

I absolutely love all of the different membership options! There is something for everyone. Joni is a great motivator and teacher, and runs energerizing classes. The 24 hour gym is also a great addition to Telkwa.

All inclusive dance studio with amazing, instructors. Recommend to everyone of all ages and abilities. 🙆🏼💃🏼👯

The space was clean and inviting. My instructor, Abby (I think!) was awesome - she was calm, clear, and offered really great tips to help me with the postures. I loved the class and can't wait to come back!
