Great yoga classes with easy/convenient online check-in! They have a variety of props that you can use including bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks. There are also changing rooms and cubbies to store your things. Bring your own mat though. Great floor space with mirrors and a good sound system. I especially liked the therapeutic yoga and gentle yoga -- I haven't seen these two methods anywhere else! They also have aerial yoga, which is a unique style that isn't offered in many places.

I'm tremendously grateful for this beautiful studio & community! I love teaching yoga there, and I benefit greatly from all of the classes I take from the instructors at Symmetry.

I have been in Santa Rosa several times in the past year. Three dog yoga is the studio I always go to when I am in town. I have been to several classes and every one has been wonderful.

Good yoga practices, but good luck finding parking on peak times. I once circled nearly 30 minutes to go to class, and I couldn't join the class. This is surely not yogasource's fault, just Palo Alto city parking sucks at times.

Impossible to completely convey the experience in words. If you've never been the thought of a session must be overwhelming. I say, "Except the challenge, and benefit from the rewards.".

Such a beautiful studio. I am always happy to be there. The view out of the windows in the back studio over look the beautiful oaks and I often see butterflies soaring about.

It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or advanced, this class has been great for me and I felt like i started feeling/ seeing flexibility results after 3 classes. Fantastic teachers.

Very professional yoga teachers and the most friendly people you'll ever meet. Everyone must try CorePower yoga at least once to explore how it can affect your daily life and how relieved you'll be just after the first experience. Must try, Bonus: first week free too :D.

I love the sitting area in the back of this space. It gives this particular studio so much warmth and comfort that I don't find in the others I also like that there are two studios with two different types of classes going on at once. It gives some nice variety to the options available at my preferred times.
