Great gym. Cleaner than the rest in Terrace. Need more equipment for expanding clientel. New items take time to get. Good gym atmosphere. Mostly friendly people. Nice to see friendly people helping others hit their goals. Keep up the good work.

Good one on one support here and easy to ask questions and get good descriptive answers.

First time seeing DR. Huang today! Final feel like my wife is going to get the attention she deserves. This man was very honest and took the time to hear out our concerns. So thankful for the great quality of attention we received! I would recommend this man in a heart beat.

The musuim is small building but presents lots of useful information about the history of Kitimat, Alcan and a mega project that was built 65 years ago. The musuim of Kitimat is reminiscence of what great people did by building a dam, a tunnel, a power house, a transmission line and an smelter. It portrays the hardship of craftmwn, engineers, architects and First Nation people and women who worked together despite all the differences and argument that they had to achieve what they targeted. Visiting this musuim is a must if you want to know about north west of BC through history.
