Very positive experience here - the staff are friendly, helpful, and very conscientious about staying in touch with the customer while the car is being worked on. They also provide detailed reports of what work is being done on the car plus any issues uncovered during the course of that work. Furthermore, they guarantee substantive repairs (i.e., repairs beyond simple maintenance) for one year, so if the repaired part or parts fail they'll take care of it and provide emergency roadside assistance if needed. I never got the sense I was being "upsold" or offered any unnecessary services, and I plan on making them my "go to" auto mechanic.

The crew at this shop are exceptionally thoughtful. They provide accurate & detailed analysis of your car's needs but, more importantly, they're thoughtful & kind. They are the first shop I visited when I moved to Boise & the only one I'll bring my vehicle to. At one point there was a service fee I hadn't budgeted for and they wrote it off! You can't imagine my sincere surprise. Needless to say, they are amazing (and also really like crates of energy drinks)! If you're still reading - GO ALREADY!!!
