First Google review I've ever written - why? worst automotive repair experience in my 62 years - waited 7 hours for them to get a part in Phx, which they claimed was the only one in AZ - the repair shop I used to finish the job the next day found the same part at Jones Ford in Verde Valley 15 mins away! Guys unnecessarily disassembled / removed many components and I paid to have them reinstalled the next day. When they showed up for road side repair, it was dark and their lighting included 1 flashlight and 3 "night lights" you would put in your bathroom. Unbelievably incompetent.

This shop is now closed and has been for over a year. The building has new owners that have no affiliation with the previous business. Check out the reviews for Quantum Mechanics...a change for the better.

I had a mix up and accidentally mistaking them for a different person. I left a review that they had nothing to do with and it was not a good one. They reached out to me through social media and a very polite non-agressive and offered to talk to me about it. Unfortunately I got busy and then forgot about it until days later but the still hadn't contact me further. I can't really see of any other way that they could have handled it better. Hats off to you guys. Maintaining a very good review and I see why. I greatly apologize for any detrimental mean caused

Quality automotive repair for gas and diesel.

I’ve been going here for oil changes on a regular basis for my cummins. Most recent trip I had them swap the oil, fuel and air filter. Well the fuel filter had a faulty O ring and I leaked fuel for 3 days before I noticed. I brought it back in to have it fixed. I was expecting to pay for another filter and be charged again for the service. Boy was I wrong! Not only did they fix the issue and not charge me, but they compensated me for the fuel I lost and gave me a free car wash for the fuel that got on my truck. Beyond impressed with the owner Jeff. I will continue to come back for any work needed for my truck and recommend this shop to all of my friends. They do great work and stand by it 100% Thanks again Jeff!

I went here to have my windshield replaced. They didn't seal it properly and had water pooling in the floor of my car. Went here twice more to 'fix' the issue and a year later, am now going to pay Speedy Glass to fix the leak because they couldn't. Awful customer service. They keep your vehicle for days until you call them, then they say 'oh yeah, that's been done for a couple days now'. They won't call you to come pick it up. The outside of the shop is a giant junk yard. Go to CT Auto for way better service and they will actually refuse to do windshields at CT because they understand that windshields require more expertise.
