Horrible Experience.. one of the teller tried to cheat and receipt showed cash withdrawal where as the money was deposited as cheque. We never asked for cash withdrawal. Luckily, we noticed and immediately asked what this is and the teller went back and deposited the cash again and gave correct receipt. Don't go to this location until you want your money stolen!!

Having 4 counters only 1 some time 2 tellers are working make no sense. ......

Never return phone calls!

Even with 3-4 tellers working at one time, they always seem to not know what they're doing. One transaction takes 2-3 employees to complete, which causes a huge line to build up. Speaking of lines, even when it's busy they show no sense of urgency to serve people. As I'm writing this, I've been waiting in line (with only 5 people ahead of me) for 20+ minutes. I understand sometimes it may get busy, but this happens EVERY TIME I come into this bank. If I could, I wouldn't even give a star. I'm definitely thinking about switching banks.
