Best place to do your banking ! They even Remember your NAME..

No parking really. Bank charges higher than other banks.

The bank removed the convenient no charge coin sorting machine and I was suddenly stuck standing there with a bag of loose change. I was told at reception that the bank clerk would give me papers to roll the coins. To my surprise the clerk offered to help me roll the loose dimes and nickles and she was quick to explain all of the coin sorting machines were being removed as it was costing too much money to operate them. (Typical greedy Bankster mentality of profits before people!!) I asked her for some extra papers to roll coins for the next time I went to the bank and there was no charge. I know at Scotia where I had an account, the bank refuses to accept coins in paper and charges you 50 cents for each 'clear plastic' coin roll you ask for. So as much as I still hate banks, the woman at the Guelph branch was a refreshing change from the usual horrific customer service I am used to. Cheers to her for caring and taking the time to be nice.

Have had issues with traveling, with the release of funds, extra fees, as well as having trouble closing accounts.

usually wait 30 minutes, spoke several times with manager who was insinuating i was saying falsations which i will inquire with my firm

These people are sweet.

Really slow service. Be prepared to listen to the tellers have long stories with their customers and wait a minimum of 15 minutes. Whatever happened to banks opening at 9am too?
