This is the slowest bank ever!!!!!!

If i could give 0 star I would but 1 is the lowest I can give. This is the worst bank ever in my 15 years in Canada life, I lost my RRSP 30% due to fault of the advisor. And the manager Ringo denied and lied to me. What a shame about him being at his age. And I have to file an official complaint to the head quarter against the Manager Ringo Ho and the financial advisor, Finally half year passed and I got justified but not full amount. I feel that I have to leave review for other people. They just don't care about your hard working money and they will never admit until you have to file an official complaint.

If only a zero star rating was available - this branch would be most deserving. Come here if you only wish to use the ATM's. Don't hold your breath if you so choose to stand in line. The only thing you'll be depositing is your time.

I have a BMO Mastercard but not a bank account. I went to this location simply to change my USD cash into CAD and put towards my remaining BMO Mastercard balance. It sounds simple however the teller decided to make this simple request into a complicated one. She told me since I don't have an account she cannot make the exchange. I said to her, I understand I don't have an account but I'm holding a bmo bank credit card. "Is this not the same logo on the front on your bank ?". I then went on to tell her, if I was a US traveler and needed to change my USD into Canadian and I didn't have a bank account could you grant this request. She said of course, however there would be a fee. I had to tell her to please treat me like a US citizen and change my money and I will pay that fee. She called the manager.....OMG! He came and said she is right, there is a fee however we will waive that fee just this once. They changed the money and she still added the fee to the transaction. Let's just say the teller wasn't the coldest beer in the fridge. People stay away from this place. There are grown adults playing bank in there.

This branch is exceptionally slow at processing. Cursotmer service may be nice however they are not efficient at all. Expect a 20-30 minute wait time before you are serviced at the teller, and everytime I've head in there are only 2-3 tellers available. 3 at max. Expect tellers whom aren't so experienced, no idea why things keep needing to be checked by their manager. I really hope ATMs can take over their roles, it's ridiculously frustrating having to wait 20-30 mins for any business transaction. Bring a book or soemthing, cause you won't be pleased about the wait. This is the reason I switched banks. Also, please communicate between your employees in English. Really awkward for the customer.

Wooooorst customer Service Ever..........JESSICA SIMONE WORST FINANCIAL ADVISOR I HAVE EVER SEEN........ very unprofessional. Wont return your emails or calls. My guess..??? commission not to big with my deal................people stay away!!!!! when you ask for the branch manager never available??? really???? she only works every second Monday according to her staff. I never felt so mistreated in my life. please there a lot more branches in Mississauga . Just don't go to this one. You will regret it. I never felt so horrible it in my life . I will be cancelling all my accounts. Dont want them to feed out of me anymore. BE wise folks, learn from my mistakes.

ELVIS SHEN (OR SHIN) - whom I do not even remember this last name, does not show care. We had a variable rate mortgage with RBC and referred by someone for advises. in light of the interest rate increases. We met him after the first increase and he advised it was too late to lock into a fixed rate. (This is on my part) but he promised to put us on his contact list. He promised he will contact us if there is another increase. Now in September 2017, another quarter % increase - no call from him. We tried to reach him and asked if there is any reason that we are not advised) - voicemails, and no returned calls at all. We might be small clients that you wouldn't care less Elvis - I get it. But if you made a promise, it doesn't matter how small we are, you need to do your part. I work in public accounting and we have alot of small clients too, but when if I need to deliver I need to fulfill my part. As far as I am concern, you dropped the ball and are unprofessional.
