Incredibly efficient and delivered exactly what I needed. Usually I come to this branch but I had the misfortune of going to the Yonge & Adelaide branch and was met with terrible service; came to this branch and everything was resolved immediately. This branch is great!

Tellers are sloppy and lazy. Yeah! All of them except for the young Chinese dude.

Poor service - staff are extremely slow; waited in line for 25 minutes with just one person ahead of me. The counter staff had no concern for the fact that they were moving slow/leaving customers unattended.

Great customer service and support. Stayed after 7pm on the Friday before the long weekend to make sure the transactions I required were completed and provided incredible service while I was waiting - thank you to the staff and management that helped.

Can I give 0 star or negative ratting. My bad luck that, this is my home branch where I opened my business account. Worst service you can get, you will get here. Bad bad bad service. I always avoid to come here. Better to go some where else.

I'd give 0 star if I could. The staff I talked to had an accent that was a bit hard to understand but she had a bad attitude when I asked her to repeat. The staff was unfamiliar with their own product. I asked for USD bank draft and she told me it's 7.75$, but when the draft was done 12$ was deducted from my account.

Wouldn't recommend National Bank. When I tried to transfer my 'home' branch closer to where I now live (Carlton), they took 2 weeks to get back to me. At this point I decided not to use them again. My wife then tried to stop renewals of her RRSP GIC's, but they ignored her instructions and renewed them for another 2 years. I'm now going to move my RRSP out because I'm fed up with there non-professionalism. Note: I think the RRSP problems are with the head office.

Bank tellers should AT LEAST know how to count. Literally counted 150 as 100.

Opened multiple accounts at this branch with the help of Ali who was very friendly and knowledgable and produced financial recommendations based on my personal needs. I would highly recommend his RBC branch!
