Terrible bank. They do not reply to my calls. The bank representative in charge of my file in the midst of an important matter does not reply to my calls. The bank manager is all talk, no action, she said she could help me with the problems i'm having with the bank's services, only to find out she didn't help at all.

very slow banking service and Poor Customer care….!!! I Transferred amount form SBI Canada to India and it was under processing for 12 days and at the end I cancelled. If we call to bank for these things, they never going to pick the phone or else they will explain some excuses and transfer the phone to other employee…..

AVOID this branch! I have gone here twice to make a deposit and twice they made a mistake on the amount I was depositing. I honestly think they are a bunch of scammers at that branch. Avoid major transactions or they will make a mistake! Very unprofessional branch.

HORRIBLE customer service! Any bank letter or draft needed, they say they will call when it is ready and never call back. A lady named Adona did this to me last week and today it is Ruby! She said she will have the letter ready in half an hour and give me a call. After an hour, I went back there when I did not receive any call from her. To my shock, reception tells me that she is already gone for the day (and it is long weekend). Other staff member here is "trying" to help me. It's been an hour and I am now sitting here still waiting for the letter. Worst branch ever!!

Every time I visit this branch it's always something different. Sometimes my visits are pleasant and other times I'd notice after I left that the bank teller increased my credit card limit without my permission, even though I've told them numerous times not to. Yesterday, however I wanted to withdraw a large amount of money so I went to the bank teller. It was a blonde woman, probably around her 30s. I go to that branch once a week and I haven't seen her before. The moment I walked up to her window I noticed her staring at me in a way that she was almost judging me. As she was going through my account, I was looking at the screen behind her and can see from the corner of my eye that she was still staring at me rudely. She then proceeded me to ask WHERE I got $2,000 from, WHO I got it from, and HOW it was transferred to my account. (it was from my dad). I know it's standard procedure to prevent fraud and such but $2,000? I've been with this branch for over 8 years and have a separate Business account set up with them as well. It's my money and I shouldn't have to answer questions about it. Anyways, I could tell she was completely hesitant to go ahead with the transaction but she did anyways. I just know that she was judging the situation based on how I dressed and looked. I do have several tattoos and piercings, but that shouldn't matter. This encounter was very offensive and unpleasant.

I received a letter threatening to charge inactive account fees for the account I closed years ago. I had to tell them NICE TRY

The teller doesn't know how to say hi smile or say thank you... Great service

Staff is friendly and very engaging.

Parking lot is limited, however financial representative is warm and helpful to your needs.
