Being going for nearly 20 years Very clean and customer friendly

The people at the branch were amazing however I had additional questions so I called back at a later date. I got Kiran as a representative. The worst person to talk to ever. If you get her just hang up and call back. She gave me wrong information and seemed like she was in a rush. Wouldn't listen to anything I said and would answer before I could even finish my sentence. We ended up getting disconnected (thank god) I called back and got Brent. He was so helpful so polite. He looked into my enquiries and gave me correct information opposite to what Kiran had told me. My first interaction made me question changing banks, but I'm glad there are people like Brent with the company.

Lines are almost always longer than you expect, even with a couple people in front, seems to take a long time.

Amazing service. Went in for a mortgage approval. They were busy but they were so accommodating and tried to help in any way they can. The branch manager was super helpful .

Worst bank branch ever. Unorganized!

No one here know how to deposit shares in kind, nor do they know how to figure it out. Complete lack of intelligence and ability to service.

So impressed by my recent experience at this branch. They took their time to answer all my questions. Very friendly and professional staff. Banking can be an overwhelming experience but I felt at ease, thank you so much for the help!

Great branch. The only two tellers I like are the two women. They are very helpful, sincere and professional. Such Pleasant service. The people who complain are those who owe debts and unable to pay.

The negative experience may be one off. This is one of the best bank branches in the area. Very efficient and customer friendly.

Poorly trained and rude employees could not fix a simple issue. I had to go another HSBC branch because this one did not know how to resolve it, and they fixed it in under five minutes.
