Nice enough staff, always clean environment. Sometimes the lines can be really long, mostly weekends though. They need staff to understand though that once a customer says NO to an offer, they mean NO. I dont want to be told every single time that I've been approved for whatever..when Ive already said no at least 5 times before.

Pretty cool rbc place the machine where you with draw money is inside the place compared the one I live close where it's mostly outside and there were 2 machines inside and not a big bank inside but decent sized

Poor bank. Poor customer service. Do not recommend. Very picky and scrutinising who they do business with. Worse than the TSA when it comes to security checks, unsettling feeling after leaving.

Just posting to let people know that this is one of the busier branches... Nearly every time I go, the parking lot is full and there is a long line for the tellers. No complaint on the service though, cake on holidays also a good touch :P

When a customer arrives at 5:50 and the bank doors are locked...when they are "Supposed" to close at 6 says a lot! Dissapointing

Good customer service and open on Saturdays - a big plus. Also has drive through ATMs. Parking is rare to get.

CIBC is great bank and have very rich history in banking. I am pretty fine with banking service from CIBC but that's not case with this branch. something seems wrong with staff members at this branch. in simple words, they are rude and don't care about customers. moreover, try calling this branch, i am sure , no one will pickup phone or even you leave a voice mail don't expect call you back , in nutshell, stay away from this branch, specifically from tellers.

Was traveling from Europe and stopped in to convert some currency and the teller said they only convert currency for clients and I would need to open an account, ridiculous! If I had to open an account every time I visited somewhere new I'd have a binder of accounts!

Well to be honest, the tellers at this location just want to sell the promotions rather giving me actual service.....sometime I don't feel welcome
