Beauty Salon

Love, love, love!!! This was the salon experience that I had always hoped for!!! Everyone was extremely friendly, upbeat, professional, talented... Jennifer was my stylist and she was incredible! She really truly listened what I was wishing for in my hairstyle, and and what my hair concerns were. Jennifer personalized the service, and showed me which products would benefit my hair concerns and styling wishes. After my color, cut, and conditioning treatment with Jen, it was like having a new head of hair... it was so beautiful! 10 days later, and I am still loving the color, cut, and texture of my hair. Jennifer is very creative, artistic, beautiful, and caring! I thank Jennifer and the Lunatic Fringe Salon for everything, and HIGHLY recommend Lunatic Fringe Salon and Jennifer!!!

I love Springdale Great Clips been going there for years never had a bad haircut yet

Wonderful experience. Had tape extensions done originally through another salon- terrible experience. But Shannon was fantastic. She did a great consultation and was so thorough and gentle with the whole process. AND THEY LOOK AMAZING. If you want any kind of extension don't go anywhere else but here. Lovely woman who does wonderful work!

Cathy Crawford is amazing.

The service is great and the people are very friendly. Abigail did a great job. I love my new hairstyle. I will be going back again.

I definitely recommend this place 100%, i love my eyelash extensions and the price was really good and the people are friendly and Michelle is awesome.

The customer service at this store is horrendous. I went in for a specific product and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. 4-5 employees walked by me chatting and laughing before I was asked if I needed help. And by asked, the man said to me "you want help" not as a question but as if my presence in the store was inconveniencing him. Then when they didn't have the product I was looking for, he said "I'm all out" and didn't offer an alternative product, apology, or solution (I.e. Shipping it to my home). There is a reason brick and mortar stores are closing and customers order online exclusively. If I could give this location a 0 I would. In the same day I visited the Sephora at the mall, and they were all extremely helpful, polite and took their time with me. I think you get what you pay for - don't waste your time at this Ulta.

Great place filled with awesome people! My hairs have never been happier!

Nothing wrong with the new management in my opinion, actually gave me a pretty decent haircut today. Just sucks when you find a good person to cut your hair and then you walk in one day and everyone has been replaced. Ill be looking for a new spot who doesn't change stylists and management weekly.

Aleays friendly . Noce haircut

Yana has been my hairstylist for over 20 years! She is the best!

Great place for a haircut. People are nice, place is easy to park and get to and the prices are ok. Also, you can get a massage before or after if booked in advance. And, they run on time. For a business person, this is my major gripe. Having to wait for a cut when an appointment is made, or only having random walkin service. I book at 11, and my cut starts at 11. I'm out and on the way and able to make appointments after my haircut and know I'll be on time. Professional, on time, good price... perfect

I LOVE Liz! She is phenomenal with color, especially balayage. I always recommend her to my friends. She is knowledge, talented, and creates a fun atmosphere!

Quality professionalism in all their stylist and everything else

Millicent is the Best!

Good prices but turnover is high.

Amazing service, amazing haircut, yummy caramels at the front desk. Sasha cut my hair!
