If you can get to the stylist you want and at the time you want it would be a small miracle. The problem here isn't the products but the logistics. That is what is holding this place back. The downfall to this place is the customer treatment and scheduling. When you book online or in the app it only slots 45 minutes. TWICE I have had an appt and walked in the door only to have to be rescheduled. WHY? Because they need more time for "my hair" which is code word for you're ethnic and our scheduling system when you put in "blow out" hits a generic 45 min slot and truly only caters to thin and fine European hair and not ethnic hair. So under no fault of yours- you have to be inconvenienced to the fact that you have a head of curly thick ethnic hair and have to come back 3 hours later or tomorrow when you had a whole day lined up. This is why in so many salons there's no diversity in the clientele- because you're catering to one side of the coin. Truly feels very discriminatory and insensitive. The other drawback is you have some stylists working with skills comparable to what I can do myself and some that truly WOW you. I don't want to come into a salon and leave with something that feels like I could've done myself- so you have to be very careful in who you choose. Truly when I first found this place it felt like a hidden gem. I was in and out and my hair was soft and bouncy- But now after having a membership and seeing how poorly it is run- it seems like they don't want to keep members or really any customers at all.

I have been going to Alesha for anything with my hair for over 10 years. She even did my hair and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding. I would follow her wherever she went. The girls and Dennis are great and very personable. I feel like part of the family walking in there.

Stacy is amazing and the only one I trust to cut my hair!

Went to see Paulette. Showed her a picture of the color and cut i wanted. She showed me a swatch which matched perfectly. My appointment was at 1:30pm. Five hours later, i walked out with barely a shade lighter than when i walked in. Not even close to what i asked for and several inches shorter hair but absolutely no style as requested. Just inches shorter. Was disappointed but paid almost $100 plus tip since she spent 5 hours of her life with me. Woke up in the morning with sores/scabs all over my scalp. I assume from the multiple chemicles she used in a failed attempt to accomplish the color i requested. I will NOT be going back and will NOT recommend this shop to anyone.

The service I received from Lori was amazing, very professional and efficient. I purchased this through Groupon and I rarely go to anyone new to get a wax but since the person I usually see has moved to NYC and this was closer to my home I gave it a try and Im so glad I did. I was very nervous at first but not too soon after I was very comfortable and at ease. The salon was very clean and Keisha who did my eyebrows also did an amazing job. I would recommend everyone to go there for any service!

Eyebrow lady did a very bad job with my eyebrows. She took forever to finish the job both of my eyebrows look different I’m definitely not going back here

Walked in at 7pm and there was one person waiting and the person said there wouldnt be enough time to cut my hair... you close at 9pm and have one person waiting. Never been now I know I'm never going again

Today at 11:28 AM I used Bella Angel for my wedding and they did an amazing job. Michele did my hair and airbrush makeup and everything stayed in place all day and night. I got so many compliments and felt like a princess. My bridal party consisted of 10 and Victoria at Bella Angel was so helpful and assured me that we would all be ready on time at 9 AM. Our ready time was early and I was so worried but they had us ready with time to spare. I loved working with Bella Angel and the other stylist that help Michele we're also great. I think it was Jackie, Barbara, and Missy. I love this company and it was the best decision I made. I would recommend any bride I know getting married to not waste your time with other companies and just go with Bella Angel. The price is right for peace of mind. Thank you Victoria and your team of stylists.

Ok. Not exactly what i want but not so expensive.

My first impression of Sano Salons was fantastic. It's a nice, roomy salon that was bustling with friendly staff. Julie took care of me for my haircut, and although I usually get the same cut - long layers a la Kate Middleton, my hair idol - she really made it look fresh and I was incredibly satisfied with the finished product. Note, I was very upset, beyond what should be considered normal, when I had to wash my hair and my fantastic blowout was no more. The conversation is great, as is the atmosphere. I only went for a haircut at the time, but they do everything under the sun. Think I'll go and get my nails done next!

I absolutely LOVE Lotus Salon. I have been going there for years. Chrissy has been my stylist for over 10 years and I love her. Chrissy can tame my coarse curly hair and make it smooth as silk. She is a talented artist, she is kind and professional. My colorist Julie is wonderful! She keeps my gray hair at bay and my natural red hair looking the same as it did when I was in my 20's. She is a chemist and an artist. She is warm and down-to-earth. Rose does a fantastic job with waxing and make-up and is one of the sweetest people. She, too, is a talented artist. Lotus Salon is full of warm, professional artists that take pride in their work and make you feel welcome and at home when you are there. The salon is very clean and is modern and relaxing. I love my glam squad and look forward to my monthly Lotus appointment!

Let me start by saying how much I love how the stylist straightened my hair. The last two salons I've been to were not a pleasant experience. The stylist is so sweet and patient. She definitely worked hard to get an amazing result! I definitely would recommend this place!

Great place. I've had a haircut by just about everyone in there, and never had a bad haircut. You can check in online now, so the wait isn't usually bad. They keep the place very clean, and they have several Tv's that are always playing something sports related.

BUYER BEWARE TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH...so I made an appointment at this salon because I was going to be in the area getting my make up done for my engagement pictures. Later in the week I found this same salon on living social so I bought the deal and called to CONFIRM that it could be used for the services I would be receiving. The owner said I could use the living social, which was for "a single process color, and haircut" which is the only service I ever have done at any salon I've ever gone to. When I got there this morning I waited about 25 minutes after my appointment time to be seated. Once seated, we went over what I was getting done with the stylist and she proceeded to work on my hair coloring. After the color was thoroughly in my head, washed out, and I was seated for the haircut portion, the owner comes over and very condescendingly explains that I will have to pay an extra $20 because what I had done was not a "root touch up" and that it was all over color. She proceeds to claim that I asked for a "root touch up" when I called to make the appointment, when those words never came out of my mouth. What I had done or at least what I asked to have done is no different than a single process color, but this is how she makes her money, by making people pay more after the service is already done, because she probably loses money on the living social deal. I let her walk away, and then I asked my stylist "wait so then what did you do to my hair?" She said "oh you had a single process color" I then pull out my phone and show her exactly what the living social deal is for, "single process color and haircut". She then gets the owner for me so we can speak about it again. The owner tried to, again very condescendingly, explain what I had done (still explaining a single process color) but trying to say that the living social is for a root touch up? It clearly states SINGLE PROCESS COLOR! As I was explaining to her my side of it she literally grabbed my hand and placed it into my lap while I was talking and then says "but really what's $20?!" Um excuse me? How unprofessional. It is not for you to decide how I feel about spending my money. Maybe $20 is not a lot to you, but when you go into something thinking one thing and then are told another, it is very unsettling, and rude. Emirah was my stylist she did a fantastic job so nothing against her, but I would stay far away if I were you... there is a reason she is on both living social and Groupon... Oh and Mia if $20 is nothing, then why did you make such a big fuss about it?!

1st time customer-Nov. 2017. I was that guy who got out the ol' buzz-saw hair -trimmer and buzzed my own hair to the lowest diameter. I decided to grow out my hair and I tried cutting my own hair at longer lengths. I thought I was doing OK with this until a girlfriend suggested otherwise... I put my trust in Brent and WOW did he perform!! My haircut looks Awesome and the price was on par with the competition including the "national brands." Side note:.. As an observation: Both Kelly and Brent read their clients like a book, knowing when to engage in conversation and adding a warm- inviting feeling -Outstanding!
