Funny I've been going to Heather for more than 10 years. I've never seen her drunk while working. They used to offer clients a glass of wine as a gesture for making them feel like it's a relaxing event. I feel like part of her family now. They all make everyone feel like they are the most important client they have. I wouldn't go anywhere else. All of the stylists are very talented and Heather takes pride in making sure the clients are satisfied. It's a fun atmosphere, yet the business of great hair is at the "root" of it.

Quick and easy, I just needed a quick trim, checked in online, and only waited a few minutes before being called. She did just fine with my hair (I just needed the sides buzzed down so nothing fancy) and I was in and out in under 30 min.

I have been here a few times- I do rate this place a 5- I do however rate it a -5 when I see people at the front desk being treated poorly! I have witnessed Tory yell, belittle, and physically rip things out of other workers hands. There are days when she is sweet- and days when she is miserable- everyone has their days- but I just want to point out how I have never seen someone at Raw in a mad mood- except her! I do try my best to avoid her when I'm at the desk- everyone else is friendly, patient, and up to speed. Sorry that one individual ruined the review! Still 5 star ratings! Maybe she needs more training- etiquette classes too!

I have finally found a hair stylist who actually paid attention to my request. Christopher painstaking explained what needed done what I could expect and some great tips on making styling my hair easier. I wish I could clone him and send him to all the salons I have been too some were expensive some were not. But nobody was as thorough and as patient as he was. THANKS CHRISTOPHER YOU'RE THE GREATEST.
