Well you gotta get your haircut, here's another great local place ! Gotta support the local people ! 😁 . . But honestly, they just do a great job when you need a clip at a reasonable price ; HERE YOU GO !

This location is wonderful. I've had countless haircuts here since it opened, and I have been faithful to this specific location because of the friendly and qualified staff. They also take competitor coupons even if they are expired! The online check in and plaza parking are just an added bonus.

Worst haircut ever!

I've been a client for more than 30 years and that about says it all. Great staff, great atmosphere, and most important, great products, color and cuts.

I am very disappointed, and cannot stop crying. I normally cut my hair with Michelle when I do go there. She was not there this time, so I cut my hair with another lady there. She was african american, and nice.. and I honesty don't know if she didn't know how to cut my hair or if it was spiteful, but as I heard her combing through my hair, I knew she was not brushing all the way through. I even offered to brush it, as I know my hair WAS very long and thick. She said she'd brush through it. I knew she was basically cutting of the knots. I didn't realise how awful it was until I reached home and washed it. Completely uneven, and there is one part longer. I am just in tears and embarassed to go anywhere. I'm truly sorry I even came. This is an update. I went back in today, and Michelle fixed everything uneven about it. Of course it saddens me that a lot of my hair is gonne, but atleast it is now even. I have always used Michelle when going there, but yesterday she was not there. She is amazing, and truly appreciate her, and how she handles my hair! Thank you so much Michelle! You are amazing

I wasn't going to write a review, but it has been a month and I still cry when I look in the mirror. This will be a long review....I went in about a month ago (after searching for a downtown salon that had late/ weekend hours) I was so excited it was right around the corner from my place. (1st red flag why hasn't anyone recommended a place so close to me before?). I went in looking to become a red head (I believe I used the term Sansa Stark red) I had multiple photos to use as a GUIDELINE (yes i know everyone's hair is different so I asked the Stylist what could we do with MY hair.) She actually said "oh you can it that color , it will be easy) Well 2 hours and $150+ later you could still see my old highlights (i did a double process to ensure it would all be one color) I mentioned this to the lady she said "go home look at in natural light and if you don't like it call me and I can fix it) I called back a week later I couldn't get in with her that week ( I asked if it had to be her and I was told yes) So had to wait another week, no biggie I was just excited to get my hair fixed. When I went back in I was there for 3 HOURS!! and they did 5 different processes. Including a "bleach cap" which she admitted that she left on for to long and damaged my hair. After she dried it I told her it looked the same as when I walked in 3 hours ago. (her response was yeah it does its brown not red) At this point I am in tears. Then she put on a glaze or something which she admitted was temporary. At this point I just want to leave. That is when I was told I was expected to pay (i offered to pay for my haircut but I didnt think I should be expected to pay for my CORRECTED color- that i was told would be "easy" to do. NOW I would have never left the first time if I would have known this. Plus she told me she would fix it, and when i was scheduling the return visit I HAD TO BOOK with her. I have no problem paying close $300 dollars for my hair and spending a total of 5 hours in the chair if when I left I felt like a rock star and loved it. However when I am crying hysterically and clearly upset I have an issue. No manager came over or anything, a different stylist came over and gave me my card and she was the one who told me I was expected to pay. I have been so upset about this for a month and I can't even go anywhere to get it fixed because my hair is so damaged from all the processes she put me thru. (my stylist actually asked me not o cry, she didn't want to get in trouble). also these are some comments i have received regarding my hair color: "what color is your hair? Orange?" "what happened to your hair" and my favorite " your sunglasses match your hair" They were orange sunglasses.....

First time there it was fantastic

Almost always get me in and out quickly over my lunch break. Never left this location looking bad. Always get a decent cut here. Plus this is one of the only Supercuts I know where you ACTUALLY GET the hot towel thingie at the end... Its a nice touch. UPDATE: a different woman cut my hair today. Nice lady, maybe in her 40s? Did a great job and very professional and pleasant. Nice because sometimes I don't trust the younger kids with my hair. There's also a male stylist at this one who REALLY does a great job and takes pride in his work. This is a good store. 5 stars.
