Great place I highly recommend getting your hair done here. Someone left a bad comment but i think it might've accidently been about the place next door

Been there a couple of times not worth 18 bucks asked for a 2 on the side and somehow that sounded like a fade on the side also they added random things I didn't ask for

they pushed my hair line all the way back. I'M NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN i basically didn't have any hair in the front and middle of my head only the back

I had my hair done by Kweylin and she did an amazing job! She designed the prefect color for me! No wait, the shop is warm and friendly. I'll definitely be back and will also tell others about my experience!

Best massage of my life here

I have very curly hair and haircuts were always a stressful experience for me until finding Corrina years ago. I was probably going to Corrina for several years and even made it a point to see her when I was home for visits after moving away. I felt like she understood my hair and always gave me advice based on what she knew I would truly like-even if it went against my flighty ideas to cut my hair short or get a bob. I really appreciated feeling like she knew me and had my best interest in mind. Over the course of the last year I tried a couple other salons just to try something different. Those experiences were always okay and I never went back. It had been 6 months since getting my hair cut (which was long for me) so I was really excited for this most recent cut and spent a lot of time finding a curly hair specialist with great reviews. I eventually settled on a salon in Pittsburgh. My stylist was recommended to me, had excellent reviews, and was the owner of the salon- so you can imagine my expectations were high. Long story short-it was the worst cut of my life. She totally butchered my hair and I was so upset for having such high expectations. I tried to suck it up and make myself like it but every time I looked in the mirror I was just upset all over again. Days later I made an appointment with Corrina because I knew I could trust her to help me fix this mess. Due to other circumstances she wasn't able to come in on the day of my appointment so I very nervously rescheduled with Emily. Emily sat with me and listened as I ranted about my horrible previous experience-which I appreciated. She told me what her plan was and as she began cutting she kept noting the horrible mistakes the last stylist had made. Emily spent a whole hour on my hair. I have never had such a thorough and thoughtful cut. She explained what the last stylist had done wrong and what she was doing to correct it. I asked that she not dry it at the end because I always air dry my hair and wanted to see what it would truly look like after walking around the mall. I could tell even when it was still wet that it was laying MUCH better. My anxiety had definitely lessened but I was still nervous to see what it looked like once dry. My intentions with this second cut was sheer damage control but after walking around and letting it dry I realized I actually liked this new cut. There was one part of my hair that I wanted more taken from and I felt comfortable enough to go back and ask Emily to take a look at it. I made sure she knew I was happy and honestly just wanted her opinion on if we should take more or not. She explained to me she wasn't sure how it was going to dry the first time she cut it and didn't want to take too much but after seeing it dry agreed she could take a bit more. Emily also recommended me the protein spray which I actually bought. I have never bought product from a salon before but she wasn't pushy and explained to me the benefits of it. The product is also paraben and sulfate free which was also why I purchased it. Like I said, I had always been super nervous about hair cuts (other than with Corrina) but during my cut with Emily I actually recall closing my eyes for a bit because I felt that relaxed and comfortable. I can't express enough how grateful I am for these ladies. Even the rest of the staff was so kind throughout my whole experience. Thank you!

Nicole is amazing! She fixed my heavy-highlighted blonde hair; she helped me get a more even color blonde and fixed all the splotchy darkness at my crown. She did such a great job, she was very gentle with my hair, and she was really sweet and nice! I highly recommend her! I’ll definitely be going back to her.

Missy the salon manager is amazing and does the best fades around. She cuts my hair, my brothers and my two boys. Highly recommend!!

Best place for a haircut

So I normally go to a different salon, they are always booked... needed a hair cut badly! Decided to go here instead of Regis bc the reviews were way better... thank goodness I did. Monica was my hair stylist. She deserves more credit then given. Absolutely wonderful job she did... doesn't even justify it! I'm normally very weird about who cuts my hair being it's so thin... such a delightful, over all nice genuine person. I'll be back in 3 months �

Great service from Kris The blonde manager Kris convinced me to get a shorter cut than normal. It looks and feels great suggested products for me without being pushy.
