Normally I don't let people cut my hair but this place is pretty good...

I have several complaints, but I'll just mention my main complaint. There is a huge communication barrier. If the stylist doesn't have a firm grasp on the English language, how can he/she give someone their desired haircut. My last, and final visit, I explained my simple haircut to the very nice lady. A basic, military regulation, cut using a #1 on the sides. I didn't ask for a mo hawk. I can almost swear she cut it this bad on purpose. Just so she and her friends could get a good laugh. She totally screwed my hair up, bad. I had to go to another shop the following day and pay (again) to get it fixed. My hair is now WAAAY shorter than I wanted. It seems that over the past year, all of the English speaking American stylists have left this shop. Every single stylist in this shop can barely speak Engish. I'm ok with that to a point, but when the stylist can not understand me well enough to give me a haircut, there is that communication barrier I mentioned. Keep up the good work, Cost Cutters. Just remember, I was an awesome tipper. I made sure my stylist was paid every time I got a haircut. But, that's alright. I'll take my money to an American shop from now on.

I had the owner personally do my hair. She did a wonderful job!

Terrible management! They don't know how to staff a store! 2 stylists, 7 people deep. 45 minute wait on a random week day night. Update 1/31/18: Random Wednesday morning and I made the mistake trying Cost Cutter Round Rock again. I'll give you 3 guess on what I'm doing but you'll only need 1. WAITING AND WAITING AND WAITING FOR A HAIRCUT. What is wrong with this store? They can't properly staff a store. This is joke. No word on how long I need to wait. Radio commercials blaring away on the speakers. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

This has become my monthly stop to keeping well groomed. If you like 80's and 90's R & B and POP, it's a decent escape for that too. They have a deal right now, 3 men's haircuts for $36.

I've known Anna and Regina since I had hair to cut! I love this place and I always and highly recommend their quality services. If you want the full package with style, this is where you come.

I love this place. They have it all, waxing, lashes, semipermanent make-up and hair. If only they had someone doing nails.. Update!! They have nail techs now!! Whoot whoot!!

Organics Salon is elegant, upscale and is the best salon in town! They have an amazing staff. I would recommend any one of the stylists. The owner is amazing. They also have a make line and carry Avada products. They also have other services, facials and skin care.

Super place to get the families hair cut, even mom and dad! Each station has Netflix so the littles can watch their favorite movies, and they sit in old fashion pedal cars. There's even a play gym for while they are waiting!!
