She asked what I wanted and she did it and didn't make you feel like she was rushing. She was very nice and polite

I love the service and the results of the stylists' work! I really do! The one thing I dont like about this salon is that I find is such a bummer just to make an appointment since the calendar online is rarely accurate and I always receive a message saying they're booked that day and when I call it send me to voice mail. I don't know if i'm unaware of a different way of scheduling appointments but I find online booking quite inneficient, other than that I really like this place.

Ruben is amazing. He gives me the best pixie ever. I swear I get at least one random compliment on my hair every day and it makes me feel so good. And today Ruben even cut my autistic son’s hair with no issue! We’re talking about someone who has a very difficult time with haircuts. Trips to the salon usually involve tears, screaming, flailing, people staring, you name it. Not this time! Ruben has such an amazing energy, my son sat there like a grown up and got a great cut for the first time in his life! I am so grateful!

Great haircut! Come on Thursday or Friday and ask for DJ, she does a wonderful job!

After trying 5 different salons in El Paso, I have finally found a salon where I can get a professional and styled haircut. EM gave me a fabulous haircut, was so friendly and pleasant, and a natual born hair stylist. This girl knows hair and I am so happy I've found "Carmens". Believe me girls, you'll just be amazed at the talent !!!

There are a few things that are usually out of stock here, like Porefessional primer and UD finishing spray. Other than that it's a pretty good store, I like the extensive drugstore collection. It's best to go in kind of knowing what you're there for, otherwise you could be talked into dropping $$$$ here. They have a really excellent range of hair care products here too, unlike anything anywhere else.

Friendly and personable!

I am rating this based on the Massage featured here by Laura. It is an unassuming place but when you step into her massage room you are transported by the lights and music. Laura is a master masseuse and offers several different styles. She excels at all of them. She also addresses your head space with spiritual peace. Can not recommend Laura highly enough, she is just incredible. Price is unbelievably low. As far as the salon, I have not tried it but when I go for massage I have observed some very nice work.

I'm a very picky stylist from out of town and was looking for someone to reposition my 20" extensions and touch up my color. I was so afraid that I would have to drive out of town to find someone, but Brenda had me come in for a consultation. She was very thorough and kind. We discussed what I liked and disliked about my color and how we could work together to adjust it. My appointment was today, and Brenda customized the tape for my extensions and everything! My color turned out perfect and she took her time to make sure that my hair and extensions were styled the way I wanted and comfortable. Other stylists came by and spoke to us while I was there and they all seemed very excited to learn and discuss color formulas and were even kind enough to help with my extensions. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a true Aveda experience!
