Beauty Salon

Kihla and Lucie have been very professional and very helpful. I have never had a bad haircut at the bailey Boswell location. Very enjoyable experience and I'm a customer for life.

Went in to get my roots done.and I'm a hairdresser but didn't feel like doing it myself and my salon don't provide color. My hair is a level 6 or 7. Hard to tell because I bleach it. She asked me what I used I told her, on myself 40 vol. Which is the strongest. But I didn't leave it on long because it was burning after 15 minutes. So I thought that would tell the stylist don't use 40 on my scalp with bleach. Well after she applied the bleach it started tingling. I'm like okay. But after she ran it down my hair shaft a little it was on fire. I thought my hair was melting it burned so bad. I had her wash it out not even 2 minutes later i could not take it.Thought to myself beauty is pain. But when she was styling my hair she said i had a little burn from the bleach i said it's okay if it's little. Well then after I went back to work I was running my hand through my hair and I have at least 5 big spots on my scalp from the bleach. The color came out great but she should not have used that strong of a bleach on my scalp. Myself has a stylist i would never use more then 20 on someone I don't know scalp. Low and slow. Thats What I Was Taught.

Every time I go to Smart Style the gals are very friendly and short wait times.

Great staff thanks Dee and Casey!!!! Greatest beard trim and fade!

After one year in America I finally find my hairmaster. Ronda you are super!

Super friendly employees! Great service for a great price in a nice, clean, family-friendly environment. Highly recommend this location.

They did an kind of okay work on my kids hair cut, it wasn't exactly what he asked for but his hair is now cut.

The offer great services. A little on the pricey side but they try hard to make their customers happy. I had a bad experience a while ago and Stephanie went out of her way to make it right and even gave me a free benchmark which is their top of the line service. Safe to say I’ll be going back. GREAT PLACE FOR A HAIRCUT!

I have been taking my grandson to Shelly for almost a yr now for his hair cuts, who is 3yrs old. From the first day she has done an great job with him and his hair cuts. He took to her almost immediately and is very comfortable with her. He now likes to go get his hair cut.

Great cut extended her hours to help more people after they closed. Christmas Eve awesome lady thank you

Great experience the stylist stayed late to do all of my nephews and nieces. Was patient and kind !!

I've been battling a Crohn's flare along with other health issues and this one was so bad I've had to bathe different sections of myself everyday because of the extreme fatigue not allowing me to take a full on body shower. I had skipped three days washing my hair. They washed it for me and no one judged me and they were even kind enough to ask how my meds were working. My hair has even started to thin a bit because of my meds, but Sami (that was the name on the mirror) touched up my cut and said she'd leave it thick even though she didn't have a problem with hair coming out. If I needed it thinned later, to come back. They know their stuff and they care. Thank you again!

Amber is the best. her hair techniques rock!!!

Sat for over an hour waiting on appointment, finally had to leave. Never went back.

Online check is a breeze. Having someone or everyone say - “ welcome to great clips” is great! Noah is awesome. He listens and provides a great hair cut. Since he is so well liked and totally good at cutting hair- the wait for him may be long ( not that long) but totally worth it. You will wait for a great hair cut and great customer service. Good luck to you!

This is for Natalie Alana Salon inside of Sola. Megan is amazing! She gave my partner and me a new haircut/style, as we both went outside of our boxes. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! We drove from Lewisville to see her and let me tell you...the 45 minute drive was totally worth it and we will be returning each month! She listens to what you want and is incredibly talented. The owner, Natalie, did a perfect job on my brother's haircut. He usually looks like Jim Carey in Dumb & Dumber after a haircut, but not this time! For the first time, he got an amazing cut and he couldn't be more happy! Thank you Megan and Natalie!!

I took my 10 year old son for a haircut and the lady shave his head, my son's face was like mom this is too short and she said ohh I am following the paper of what he usually gets, and I am so upset I can't talk because my son was in tears and I said are you sure you are reading it right? And then she is ohhh I am so sorry I read wrong, the sides was the part I shave not the top!!! Omg. I didn't say anything out of respect since the lady was super old and already crying but really? Two people crying?! seems like a horror movie! Ohh and then she said btw the haircut is free the manager said that!!! Like I was going to pay!!! Worse experience ever!!!!

Fast and do a great job! Totally recommend
