Just got a simple trim but loved the customer service and really was tentative of what the costumers wants.

The moment i stepped inside, i knew i was in for something good. I am very picky about who touches my hair and i got the privilege to get my hair cut by Liz and it’s amazing the work she has done, totally reccomend this place.

I walked in, check in using their check in tablet, I was first on the waiting QUE, and after 30 minutes of waiting the next stylist just skip me and serviced the next person on the QUE, I left, called the manager David and he tells me that the make appointments over the phone and they dont put them on the QUE, or online, so I asked how the walk in people will know how many customers are in front of them?, and he said that he will recommend making an appointment. Then why advertise that walk in's are welcome, I have been going to this place for the past year. Terrible system to attend customers. I would not recommend this place.

What a great team! Greg and Adrienne are consumate professionals! They both really understand hair and know how to make your hair look its best! Greg really took his time and had loads of patience and understanding when it came to listening to all of my fears about trying someone new. He shattered my previous expectation level! Ive never loved my hair color more! Fun atmosphere on top of all that!! That Hair Studio is a rising star in the hair world!

Jenna Anthony does a wonderful job styling, cutting and creating high and low lights on my hair. When I go to Spalding & Crump, I know I have to be on time or get there 10 minutes early because Jenna will be ready & waiting for me. She is also one of the only hairstylists who work late at Spalding & Crump. When you walk into Spalding & Crump, the first thing you will notice is how clean it is, the second will be how beautiful each station is. The owner designed & created every station made of wood. I really love the atmosphere at Spalding & Crump & so will you. The staff cares about one another and they treat their customers like family. Another reason I keep going back is to see the owner’s puppy. She is just too cute. If you’re lucky, you may be able to get her puppy to sit on your lap if she’s free. 💇🏼‍♀️💆🏼‍♀️😄
