Best customer service i have every had everyone is very nice, always clean store! My wife and i go here due to the great services we receive everytime we go in. Excellent staff on hand never had any problems. Will be telling everyone to go here and will be going here for many years to come thank you guys for the outstanding jobs you guy accomplishes keep up the great work

Linda has outstanding service, not only with me but with every customer that walks in. I noticed she talks to people like she has known them forever and I can tell in customers faces the comfort they feel of being there. I would highly recommend everyone to Linda.

waited for 30 minutes while one lady talked and swept ingnoring me while i sat there. least you could do is aknowledge a customer

Anne cut my hair she was amazing and pleasant. She did a phenomenal job. Went in she was quick and effeciant and made me look good!

This is a very nice salon. Emily is wonderful and very kind and skilled. My last cut was a fail at another salon. She took the time to look at my hair, listen to what I was thinking, look at a few pics, and then even it out. I encourage anyone who needs a cut and style or a new stylist, to give Lakewood Hair Design a try and visit Emily or one of her staff! Looking forward to going back soon!

WORST HAIR CUT EVER ! Do not know how she got a license. When I told her how I wanted it cut she said that goes against everything she was taught and cut it her way. It’s crooked and so uneven. Too short on one side to even fix. Hideous hair cut. Then on top of that staff loudly insulted people walking past shop. So unprofessional. I will NEVER return.

This was a enjoyable visit all around. All were so friendly. Steven can wash my hair any day. He really knows how to cut your hair and treat you royally. In 10 days I go back to get my hair permed by Jen. I can hardly wait. This place is very stylish, yet I feel like I belong. Salon Matos is highly recommended.

I came here after my first sew-in was done terribly. Toni B. fixed it for me and I haven’t had any issues with it being coming down like at first. Marissa and Pink have styles my hair a couple times each and it’s always been exactly how I ask. Their prices are reasonable and I rarely have to wait to be seen. I’m glad I found them!

The only thing I liked was the price and no wait. I'm female and the cut I got makes me look like a man. I told him shorter with a bit longer on the top and shaved at the ears so that my glasses are not laying on any hair. Richard took the shaver to the back & sides of my head. He took it up 2 1/2 inches above my ears and barely took any off the top. When he first handed me the mirror to check it out, there was a very defined line between the top & bottom. It was not a smooth transition at all. There is still hair under the eye glass arms too. I'm in the process of losing weight and I can tell you that I do NOT want any pictures taken of me until this grows out and I can get a real professional to clean up this mess.
