I called in to make an appointment. I work Monday through Friday (like many people) so I needed an evening or weekend appointment. When Beth returned my phone call, she said she only works until 7 so I have to start my appointment by 6pm. That's fine, I just asked her what day she has available for that so I can make sure I leave work a little early. She then said she books out way in advance for evening appointments. I said no problem, I'm not in a hurry. She said it would probably be April? I said sure, what day in April. Then she said, "well actually I don't like to book out that far because people forget their appointments". I said, ok, so when can I book the appointment? She would not give me a time or date to book, I asked if she actually wanted me as a customer and if not, why did she sign up for Groupon? I do not see any date or time restrictions on the Groupon, this was given as a gift and I'm extremely disappointed with the interaction. I would never want to receive service from her even if she called back and had an evening appointment available at this point. So rude. I have been in the salon industry for many years, we work nights and weekends when other people are off of work because that's how we keep clients and make money.

I asked for an inch off the top and I don’t think I have an inch left on my head. By far the worst hair cut I’ve ever had, stay away!

I called to schedule a color and cut and the RUDEST lady answered the phone w a sharp “Hello?” I had to ask if this was the number for a hair salon and her reply was, “And who’s this?” with a nasty tone. So i gave my name and she sharply asked if I had been there before. I said no and her reply was “Then I don’t have time.” RUDE RUDE RUDE. It’s ok, even if you did have time I wouldn’t come see you.

***PLEASE READ!!!!*** I get my hair cut here all the time and the staff have always been polite. However, Noah, the "owner" is a totally different story. I have never witnessed such HORRIBLE customer service (which he admitted to lacking) in my entire life. Down right unprofessional. No refunds are provided, even if you spend $140 and tip the stylist 20% for hair you didn't even ask for. (Noah admitted she was wrong) So my advice is, don't go here unless you know your hair will turn out exactly the way you want it. Otherwise, you will have to pay to fix it. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

I like em I always go there when I need to get a hair cut or trim and I’ve always been happy with the service and my hair cuts.

I wasn’t greeted and I had to go up to a salesperson to get assistance. I ended up purchasing a face mask and when I got home to open it, the seal was already broken. The product is all over the seal and I find it disgusting they would sell this used. Not going back to this store!!!

Why is it so hard for your stylists to do a military high and tight. I have to fix my hair when I get home everytime. What do you get your stylists from the idiot school for hair.
