I went through several shops when I moved to the area and Bonnie & Co are the most friendly, affordable, and professional I experienced.

Im sure the salon and it's other staff are amazing. But I must say I woke up from a nightmare this morning. It was a replay of what happened to me 3 years ago at this salon. I had a voucher to use with Karen Fox. It was my first time going to a salon and treating myself. I arrived excited for my first haircut and highlights. I felt uneasy right away, when Karen pulled out the cap for frosting. I ended sitting with the cap on my head for 45+ minutes while she tended to a walk in client of hers. In the end I came out with spots and uneven color. The cap bled so bad and it burned. I can't imagine what breathing in those chemicals for 45 minutes did to my health and not to mention my scalp. Karen did offer to correct it, but no refund. I never went back because who would want the same woman fixing the mistake??? I wish the manager had called me and apologized and gave cash back. I hope she no longer works at this establishment.

DO NOT GO TO J&J SALON I'm not even sure that the hair dresser that I got was certified. She gave me a dry cut! My hair was damp in some places from washing it in the morning. She did not wash or spray my hair she just started going at it damp (but mostly dry) with out sectioning it off or anything. I had pretty long hair going in. I specifically asked to keep it long, I said I only wanted a trim, one inch max. I came out with about five and a half inches cut off. I knew it was taking her a long time but there were only one inch pieces laying on the ground, she literally cut my hair off inch by inch. I had no idea that she cut it to shoulder length before she showed me the mirror. I should also mention that she took a straightening iron to my damp hair, she attempted to blow dry it but it was obvious that she didn't know how to. I was horrified she fried part of my hair! I have no idea how she was hired or has the right to do anyones hair. It took me three years to grow my hair out and I get to start that process all over again, I was devastated with the hack-job she gave me.

BECKY is my new hairstylist since I moved here less than a year. Her expertise in hearing my voice of many different styles I request are accomplished precisely. Cuts, products are her specialty. Recently I got a perm that is so much fun!!!
