They are a MERCURY dealership yet they will NOT touch any Mercury outboard older than a 2004. ... certainly dont want to deal with them .

Overall: We will Never frequent this business again! We stored our boat at Lighthouse Marine last fall. We explicitly instructed them not to unwrap the boat until we ask them to. Here is were the trouble started: They unwrapped the boat early this spring and before we asked for it; they then left the boat parked outside exposed to the weather; the batteries were both completely drained and dead; the license plate had been taken off and was missing (later found again); the motor wasn't supported and the cover not put on. Our boat was clean when we dropped it off and very dirty when we picked it up. We expected the boat to be clean and ready for pick up when we arrived, after giving them time to get it ready, they handed it over in the above described condition. But the worst was that the person we dealt with didn't seem to care at all and when verbalizing my disappointment about the boats condition she became very defensive. Very bad customer relations and service!

I just love the boat. Everything works better than expected. I did have an issue with the paint and Kevin redid the paint job at no cost. Also a couple other small issues that he also looked at with no questions asked. I definitely would recommend purchasing your jet boat from Bratt Jet. Dave

Great little tour, just the right length too considering how cold it is down there. Guide was well informed and passionate about sharing the history. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit.

Beautiful location and clean, friendly environment. Pool and clubhouse were fantastic.

Sites aren’t cleaned or maintained, garbage is on the site. Spent 2 nights and the one outhouse has had no toilet paper the whole time. The bear proof garbage bin has garbage spread around it instead of in it and there was loud partying and fireworks set off at night. The price of firewood is pretty expensive as well $10 for 10 pieces. There were 3 people working in the store, I’m not sure what they’re being paid for since we only saw one young guy delivering wood to people. I wouldn’t recommend it to people who have very little kids as the dock area isn’t kid friendly unless you have an avid swimmer and there aren’t any playgrounds near by.

Great place to do some actual camping! No power or water hook ups and no on site showers but it was quiet and off the beaten path. Only reason I gave it 4/5 was their pit toilets were a lot to be desired. The lake is gorgeous and all the Parks staff was awesome as well.

We found this center to be welcoming and extremely helpful. Aislinn had a very friendly manner and had just the right solution for a late afternoon stop and swim on the drive back to Calgary - Chinook Lake. Thank you, Aislinn.
