Don't fall for the false sense of security their warranty gives you. Bought three beds, sofa, coffee table and end tables off this place all good so far, and a kitchen dining set which started my problems. The finish or veneer started to flake off within weeks of purchase. After two months couldn't stand looking at it anymore. Called the brick and was asked to send in some pictures. Then they send a technician over who was rude right off the bat. Wouldn't remove his shoes told me straight out i had no warranty then colored in the peeling with a brown marker and told me that's all i get. Wouldn't answer any questions just kept saying "I don't know". Table already flaked off a bunch more anyway. Pretty sick about my whole experience with them.

Very disappointing. They ran out of the item I wanted that was on sale, but as it was on re-order for delivery within the sale period I didn't special order it and they had agreed to hold it for me when it came in. Of course it came in after the sale was over and so they didn't honor the sale price. I realize they have a no rain-check policy, but since this transaction was all supposed to happen in the same week I don't think this applies here.

We recently dealt with the team at Donovan Mills for a kitchen upgrade project for my parents. Alice was wonderful to deal with and had the patience of a saint when we were finalizing the colors/designs. There were no surprises with the ordering and the install of the cabinets. After the quality control, there were a couple of smaller issues that had to be resolved and the service department at Donovan Mills was more than happy to take care of them in a timely manner. Initially, I was expecting to pay a premium for using Donovan Mills, but after seeing the quote I was pleasantly surprised and choosing Donovan Mills for the project became a no brainer. I highly recommend the team at Donovan Mills.
