After visiting many dealerships I've got to say the customer experience that I encountered during my visit and Don Valley North Toyota was outstanding thanks to Adrianne Phin. She was by far the most friendly, engaging, enthusiastic and confident employee that I've met in this industry and really educated me on what was available to me while the sales teams were extremely busy. You can tell that she truly cares about the customers. Adrianne is definitely an asset to this dealership and there's no doubt that she will have continued success as she continues to be amazing with her customers.

These guys are Useless! I have an issue with poor service from the dealership in Kingston, which damaged one of my tire and would not own to their mistake. After almost 3 months of taking time off, going back and forth, waiting hours for them to try and fix it, I decided that was enough when they just wanted me to go again to look at it for a 4th time... Well, I contacted Lexus Canada "customer assistace", they just said to keep dealing with those incompetent... Just useless I tell you! SMH

I purchased a 2018 Sonata from Manaf, and was immediately impressed by his showroom before I even met him. Far more importantly I of course met Manaf. What a far better process to make a deal with Manaf and his Manaf Auto Sales than with any car company previously owned dealership. I've never bought a car from a non dealer before. He was honest in his appraisal of my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited, and a pleasure to finalize the deal. He confirmed a needed air conditioner top up when I picked up, and he covered the cost of that post sale. THANKS SO MUCH MANAF....most for who you are and your honesty/commitment to the sale.
