This would be the second time I have went back to Dannemora Ford to purchase a vehicle. Jason sales manager is so personable and helpful! I wanted a very specific 2018 Ford Explorer he did research to find exactly what I wanted and showed the different options that fit my budget via lease or buy. I could not be more happier with my new ride it is definitely everything I wanted and more. Thank you Dannemora Ford for the wonderful service experience again!

After being a customer here for the past year and a half, I can honestly say it was a great experience purchasing my first vehicle here and sets the bar high for future automotive inquiries. Anthony took the time to make things as seemless as possible, even allowed me to borrow a loaner for 3 months until my car was shipped(ordered a manual so there was a delay). Throughout the whole process, he kept in contact with me on status of my vehicle shipment and followed up afterwards with how things were going and how I was enjoying the car. Pleased to say that the impeccable customer service doesn't stop at that level and seems to be present throughout the dealership from reception to servicing. The owners and staff should be proud of the work they've done and continue to do here. Definitely worth the drive to get my maintenance here and wouldn't hesitate to get my next Honda from here.

My wife and I just returned from making our second purchase from Terry Henricks Chrysler and are very happy with our experience. Our salesman this time around was Michael Gruen and he had the vehicle we were interested in warmed up and waiting for us when we arrived. We purchase a used one-owner 2007 Ford Expedition EL that had been sold new by Terry Henricks and was also serviced by them. I called the service department prior to deciding to buy and they were very helpful by going over the service records and providing an estimate of how much recommended maintenance would cost. We had a similar experience a year ago when our salesman was Austin Johnson who has since been promoted to sales manager. We purchased a used 2016 Chrysler Town and Country and my wife loves the vehicle. We live in Michigan about an hour and a half away and expect to be return customers based on the great value and service we received. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had one of the best experience with Frank at Star Auto mall. The whole experience was an amazing. Frank had an Excellent knowledge of all vehicles, and helped me find the right vehicle for my needs, And found exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. the whole buying experience flowed smoothly. Frank even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked on my new vehicle and set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. This process was wonderful, and I spent a total of about 1 hour at the dealership. Bought two cars this year from GM Ile-Perrot at the various the tent sales and have been completely satisfied with everything !!
