Phenomenal experience with BMW Canbec and it was my first car. George Daoukakis is a fantastic salesmen! Honest practice with years of experience. Full transparency when it comes to any information about the vehicle history. Joseph Schmerler is also a great salesmen. Excellent customer service, easygoing and a great personality! I would definitely recommend seeing either of them if you're thinking about purchasing or leasing a vehicle at BMW Canbec. Both of them went above and beyond and they know their stuff!

Abysmal doesn’t even begin to describe this dealership. Brought in an end of lease bmw to trade for a new mini a month ago, and here’s what they’ve managed to screw up in 4 weeks: the bmw is still not noted as being paid off by mini, and is STILL UNDER MY NAME even though I haven’t owned it in over a month. When I took possession of the mini, they gave me the wrong spare key, and said the batteries were probably dead. No, your sales guy gave me the wrong key. When I went to have the key reset (again, they insisted it was a key problem), Ramy said “I can’t just reset it like that, it takes time!”. A mechanic walked by and asked him if he cross referenced the VIN numbers to make sure it was the right key, and Ramy rolled his eyes and said “it’s not that”. It was. They gave me someone else’s key. Unreal. Waited over 2.5 hours for a tire change. Was told the car was in the wash, and an hour later was told “it’s really in the wash now, haha”. Ramy in the service dept is incredibly arrogant, and inept. A set of tires were supposed to be ready “as of” a certain time, I arrived shortly after that, I ended up waiting an hour and a half because “the guys who get the tires were on lunch”. He loves to pass the buck, and nothing is ever his fault. Same with John, the manager. Avoid this joke at all costs. Taking the bus is a better option than buying from them. The only redeeming quality: their mechanics are really down to earth, nice guys. Note the proliferation of 5 star reviews lately....interesting. Rather than fix the problem, they try to gloss it over. Caveat emptor.

We saw a used Mazda3 (2011) that had an amazing deal. So we drove 45 minutes to the dealership to test drive the car and get a quote for a car we had to exchange. We were treated which the upmost respect even though we were not spending the most money on a car. Unlike other dealerships that we have gone to that were very disrespectful, this was nice and we ended up buying the car. Staff was very polite and respectful.

Incredible service. They went the extra mile on cleaning my car while it was simply a "complimentary" wash. Fast and efficient service. I will go there again and again.

Really enjoyed my last visit to this dealership. People are friendly, knowledgeable, fully bilingual and the atmosphere seems like people like working together there. They let me test drive different vehicles multiple times no questions asked. I was so happy with my experience I purchased my new Tucson from them. Highly recommended!
